As soon as I meet Dr. Stacey and Annie I knew that’s who would be doing my surgery. Dr. Stacey answered every single question that I had and never made me feel rushed he told me if I think of anything else to ask after I leave I could call and someone would give me an answer. Then I met with Michelle and we went over the cost of every procedure I wanted done and if I needed it, the best places to get credit to pay for it. I met with Becky for my pre op appointment and she went over everything that Dr. Stacey would be doing and my meds and answered all my questions and eased my mind about everything. I had a tummy tuck, arm lift and breast lift done. Dr. Stacey went above and beyond my expectations. I was getting a standard tummy tuck and on the day of surgery Dr. Stacey ended up doing an extended tummy tuck to give me the best results. All the ladies that work there are amazing and caring. As soon as I am healed from these procedures Dr. Stacey will be doing a thigh lift and butt lift on me and I couldn’t imagine anyone but Dr. Stacey doing it. I would recommend Dr. Stacey to anyone for plastic surgery or any skin care that you may need or want.

Visiting the beautiful Northwest Arkansas Center for Plastic Surgery Center is always a pleasure. Whether it is a skincare consultation, filler or Botox injections, laser skin treatment or cosmetic surgery, the doctors and staff have your best interests at heart. My last visit was for laser treatment for dark spots. Nurse Becky was informative as to the process and reassured any concerns that I had about the procedure. Katie and Kryssa are always are there to answer skin care questions to make sure I look my best, and nurse Annie does a fabulous job to with injections. The doctors are interested and answer any questions, so I rate NWACPS as the best in Northwest Arkansas!

I had a surgery with Dr. Stacey Heath about 11/2 ago. He didn't perform what he told me that he was doing to do. He supposed to do a breast reduction and lift. However, he only reduced my breast and no lift. I paid over 7,000 dls and was wasted of money. He didn't follow up with me after the surgery. Now I'm all scarf and my breast when back to we I started before the surgery. I didn't get the results that I paid for. I contacted the office many times and all I got was that I pay $1800 more and get the lift. So basically it will be almost $10,000 dls. This customer service was horrible. I honestly won't recommend them to anyone. I will pursue with legal action since they didn't accomplish what they said they would. They told me that after 1 yrs I will see the healing and result but all I got was nothing.

Dr. Stacey's office/nursing staff has been wonderful at answering all of my questions and making sure I had everything I needed before and after my surgery. Without a doubt...Dr Stacey and his Staff are the BEST!!! From my 1st consultation and thru all my post ops, they have went above and beyond to make sure my surgery was exactly what I had hoped for, and I'm not a push over. I was suffering from a previous BA surgery that had left me with constant pain, discomfort and visually unappealing results. The Dr that performed the surgery did nothing but dismiss my pain and concern for months, until I had no other choice but to seek out a new Dr to perform a BA replacement to try and fix what she had done. I interviewed several Plastic Surgeons in AR, and just felt that Dr Stacey and his staff were the only ones who really listened to what I was saying, and then explained in detail the approach he would take to make sure my 2nd surgery was a success, and it sure was. My results are amazing! And my pain? GONE!!! I cant say enough good things about his enire staff! His Office Manager Michelle is AWESOME!!! Any concern or question is immediately addressed with respect and resolution, so I am confident that when they say, " if you need anything, please dont hesitate to call us", they really mean it

I am very satisfied with my results from both surgeries. The panniculectomy rid me of extra baggage causing discomfort to my lower back & soreness from chafing. The breast reduction rid me of extra weight off my neck and shoulders & discomfort from chafing. Dr. Stacey is very thorough & easy to visit with about your surgery. I made the mistake of coming to Dr. Stacey for a rhinoplasty. I feel guilty for not writing this reviews sooner to warn others but I've finally come to terms with my botched nose job. I initially had a small hump on my bridge which is gone but Stacey removed too much cartilage leaving me with a permanent (my nose has long healed) indention on my bridge. It feels even more apparent than it looks. It's bumpy and thin to the touch. It makes me uncomfortable thinking about it and worse when I touch it. My nose from the front is also crooked. As you can see in photos, my nose is not straight. It dips in on one side and juts out on the other. It's upsetting having to write this review fully knowing I will need a reversional surgery in the future to improve my breathing, Dr. Stacey's over removal of cartilage and straightening my nose. Soon after the procedure and removal of the cast, I pointed out the clear indention and was FULLY ignored by the nurse and Dr. Stacey. They stated it was "normal" while it healed. 3+ years later it looks the same. I truly hope this review helps others considering this doctor for any surgical procedure. PLEASE BEWARE. Save your money and go to someone professional and that truly cares about your well-being after they've received your money.

I’m usually not one to write a review or use the internet :-). However, I think sometimes one should share there fabulous experiences when dealing with the medical field. I have never had to have any type of surgery procedure (very thankful) however, I have a deviated septum that causes me to have trouble breathing and has for over 20 plus years. I have finally got my nerve up to see Dr. Stacey and he was such a delight. Dr. Stacey and nurse Annie (I have been going to Annie for 3 years for Botox and lip injections she is fabulous) are two of the kindest and best listeners I have meet. I went from anxiously dreading this procedure to I cant wait to see Dr. Stacy again! I’ll give another review after surgery. The front desk staff are fabulously delightful!! I enjoy seeing everyone every 3 months for Botox and lips!

The office staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel very comfortable. With that being said I asked for a medium to full c to have a little bit of breast volume. He told me he wouldn't decide on a size until he was in an operating room. Turns out the size implants he used were WAY too wide for my tiny frame. I am extremely petite. They made me look unbalanced and larger than I am. The actual implant would stick out on the side farther than my rib cage. I was also given very little post op instructions of what I needed to do to make sure my body healed properly and protect what I paid for. The office and the staff were very nice but just make sure you fully research before having a surgery.

I had a very large tummy due to past pregnancies and emergency c-sections. After exercising and dieting I couldn’t get rid of the bulging tummy! First I called another plastic surgeon in the area who turned me away without even a consultation bc I was overweight! I was so discouraged but decided to try NWA Center for Plastic Surgery and I’m so glad I did! They were so kind and compassionate! Dr. Stacey even determined that I had a hernia and called in a specialist to do a hernia repair alongside him with my abdomnioplasty (tummy tuck). I’m two weeks post surgery and LOVE my results! Dr. Stacey really cares about his clients and does amazing work!

I had a horrible experience here. Do not go to Annie or Becky for injections. I went to see Annie, she overfilled my lips and they were huge, lumpy and looked horrible. I made an appointment to come get it fixed next day because I was so embarrassed. Becky saw me because Annie was out of office. She was rude, refused to do anything including dissolve the product Annie put in. What the hell??? Becky does not to need to be interacting with people if that’s how she handles it. I looked terrible and no one in this damn office cared at all. They did nothing to correct it. I expect an expert injector when I go to plastic surgeons office. Annie overfilled my lips to rack up the bill. I NEVER wanted to look like she made me. Guess she forgot what she was doing or to who. Zero customer service, no follow up, they knew I wasn’t happy and did nothing about it. In fact I paid over $2,000 that day to look deformed. Unacceptable!

My oldest child was very large, leaving me with a lot of excess skin and virtually no stomach muscles. After 13 years of waiting for a tummy tuck, I finally went for a consult with Dr. Stacey. I had planned on meeting with several other surgeons in the area, but I felt so comfortable with him and the office staff that I booked my surgery that same day. I ended up having a tummy tuck, breast lift, and implant. I am now 6 weeks post op and very pleased with my results. For the first time in what feels like forever, I have a flat stomach and my breasts look amazing (he was able to achieve exactly what I wanted). The nurses have been very patient and willing to answer my questions, and the post surgery instructions were thorough, yet straight forward. Oh, my gosh!!! I was in need of a breast reduction. (Sore back every morning, neck pain and couldn't stand the bra straps on my shoulders, because they were sitting in the grooves. Grooves made from heavy, over-sized breasts. Also, numbness in my thumb.) Anyway, I talked with Dr. Stacey about my fears and concerns and he convinced me, that he could do this for me and make me feel better. I had it done, February 12th 2019, and the very next day, the back pain was gone! I could get up, sit down and especially, bend over to brush my teeth, with no pain, anywhere in my body! Thank God and thank you Dr. Stacey! I'm still recovering, but I actually like what I see and I was never happy with these breasts. They grew too fast as a young girl and a young mother/wife. I'm 57 years old now and feel so much lighter and happier! (I must be, I shook Dr. Stacey's hand about 4 times!!!) Also, thank you, nurse Annie. Dr.Stacey and his whole staff were nothing short of amazing. They took a long and awful story for me and made it a happy ending. His staff always made me feel welcome and answered questions quick and complete. I had an accident two years ago and no one could tell me why my wound would not close. Dr. Stacey wouldn't stop till we figured it out. A stitch was in my leg causing issues with it closing, I even got a picture of that darn thing!! I called them to get information about an operation as well as the statistics around their surgeons. They were unwilling to provide me any photos of work they'd actually done themselves (there website pictures are of other surgeons work) information on malpractice complaints, number of operations, ECT. they told me the only information I could get to corroborate their credibility and quality of their practice we're Google reviews I which could easily be faked. unless I paid a $75 consultation fee. They said this was policy and we're unwilling to even have a conversation about it. They would not even print me those statistics for me to pick up. When I questioned them on this they became defensive and the women's tone of voice was that of annoyance. This was all Very suspicious I definitely will not be going there and recommend that people to look into their history. Idk if they were hiding something but please please inquire further. Their lack to address my extremely reasonable and understandle request was very concerning to say the least. They gave me illogical explanations such as patient anonymity. Which doesn't make sense because I would have seen pictures once I paid $75 for the consultation. They may be a absolutely fantastic place to get surgery idk. But that was what I experience. Do what u will. Good luck.

I had doctor Stacey replace a saline implant many years ago and I was very comfortable with him and pleased with his work. The scar was minimal and size was perfect. I am now having both replaced soon and confident with his work. He takes his time with his patients and answers any questions you have.
