My experience with Dr. LaFerriere has been extremely positive. From day one, he has answered all of my questions and has listened and responded to my concerns. The staff has been great to work with. A couple of times I called outside of regular office hours, and my calls were returned promptly and my concerns were addressed immediately. I am 65, and I am so happy with my 'new' face! My only regret is that I did not do this sooner.

From the first contact with Dr.Kienstras office I was impressed . The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable and more importantly it felt genuine. Dr Kienstra was everything you hope for in a physician...kind, easy going, a lovely sense of fun .. and with his exam and explanations it is apparent he is extremely knowledgeable and I left with complete confidence in Dr. Kienstra and his staff to do this very personal surgery. The day of surgery and every follow up visit assured me that I had made the right and best choice. My results are amazing! my only regret is I didn’t have it done sooner! When I came in I had no idea what to expect. The staff made me completely comfortable. Dr LaFerriere showed genuine concern for my reasons for wanting to make changes and offered great insight on how to get the results I wanted. I looked tired on the outside but felt vibrant on the inside. I just wanted to look in the mirror and see the person I felt like. And I wanted it to look completely natural. I love looking in the mirror now. I got that and so much more. What I did not expect was the way others react to me now. Opportunities have opened up for me professionally and personally because I am much more approachable and I have the confidence to really put myself out there. It has truly changed my life.

I see you delete bad reviews!! You said you would take our bill off. And it’s back on. 200 something bill for her to say she won’t help me, didn’t do a thing but insult my skin when I was there for a eyebrow consult, which was said was free.
