I am an RN. I have worked all over the country. Two and a half years ago Dr. Martin did my knee replacement. I hike for exercise, and.work 12 hour shifts on my feet. My knee is better than I can ever remember! I never had unbearable pain following my surgery. My recovery was amazing! Tonight, I am upset! My sweet sister is suffering because the UAMS doctor has not managed her PAIN APPROPRIATELY. Evidently, they make it clear before surgery what their limits of pain management consist of. Everyone is different. Some people's PAIN receptors don't respond to certain pain medications and must be changed. This is a major surgery that requires plannng for break through pain in the first days! Dr. Martin knows exactly what you need for pain control and infection prevention every step of the way. Dr. Martin, thank you, you are the best! My next knee surgery will be done by you and I live three states over! However, my sister is also three states over and in pain; even after calling her UAMS physician snd reporting unbearable pain

Dr Ken Martin worked on my second acl surgery twenty years ago and I am still super pleased. He did surgery in Pine Bluff and began his Second follow up in Little Rock. Some of the counter top glue gave us a headache LOL.

Dr. Martin is that Ram in the bush! I had a knee scope done (7/31/15) and I'm most pleased with the results! He came in before the surgery and ask if he could pray for me. WOW! I was so shocked, I almost led the prayer myself. (LOL) But seriously, he's the first doctor I've experienced to do such!... and of course I accepted! I'm ever so thankful for him! And those HANDS of his are anointed from God! His nurses and staff?... What can I say but "you are as good as the company you keep" (work with) Thanks staff and doc! May GOD bless you all!
