This office is very rude and not helpful. Told me it would take 2 to 3 weeks to get my records transfer. Trying to get a second opinion because not satisfied with her answers and only got sicker. Very disappointed. I do not reccomend this place to anyone.

After seeing other ENTs in the area,, Dr Mellon was the only Dr. that solved the problem. I have 5 friends that left other practices who recommended her to me. I have since recommended her to others. She never rushes you out of the office, and digs deep to figure out the issue. Not one other dr. was able to do so. She is my favorite doctor in Bentonville.

Amazing doctor. Had a mastoidectomy and a tympanoplasty yesterday. She was extra gentle with me in surgery, especially since I'm only 17, and answered all my questions I had, in full detail. I highly recommend her. She has been my ENT for the past 10 years.

Every time i leave a voice mail, they called me back the same day. Nurses are especially helpful. Had the flu and they got me in right away. Don't know what i would do without Dr Mellon and her staff

Trying to resolve problem for over 6 months my bill was payed in full then charged $35 for not canceling appointment on time. reminder call left on Friday around 5pm tried to call back on Friday never got an answer. called again Saturday next day usually closed on weekends but someone answered led me to believe they were answering service left cancelation massage six months later received bill for $35 . after 6 months of trying to call them some days up to six times daily never an answer finally got to talk to office person Mike so he says his name is Mike extremely rude and unhelpful said I need to pay I singed paper ya I did what don't they get they gave me no time to cancel usually not open on weekends Mike told me they never had an answering service then I must of talked to someone who worked there what's going on????? Mike would not let me talk to DR Mellon buy the way great DR to bad I Will not be visiting her office again due to very unfriendly office help Mike also hung up on me. They really should tell new patients they never answer there phone and to please leave a message then they will get back with you never got to reschedule due to this problem. Rose

Most incompetent office I've ever dealt with. Don't expect to hear from a live human being because it won't happen. Appointments, billing, everything must go through voicemail. And don't expect a same day return phone call, especially if you're paying a bill. You'll leave several voice mails, and go days before you get a return phone call.

Dr. Mellon is very knowledgeable and personable. She takes her time explaining things in detail and answering all your questions. Her staff has been super nice and her nurse Liz has always returned calls and called me immediately with test results or answers to questions. Several people I dealt with at the hospital spoke very highly of Dr. Mellon and I agree!

I have been under Dr. Mellon's care since 2004. In that time she has addressed hearing issues as well as nasal problems. She removed tissue to solve a rosacea problem and corrected a deviated septum. All these services were performed beautifully. I hear, sleep, and look better today.

I believe that Doctor Mellon is a good physician. The majority of the office staff are horrible. Procedures that were not requested and to some extent not preformed were charged and not made known. They will not give you your medical records as required by law. They break HIPAA on what seems like a daily basis. I have a complaint in with the Office of Civil Rights.

Horrible billing. Would charge us in office every visit before even filling to insurance. Called 4 years after we switched to a different doctor (and insurance) claiming we owed almost $500. When we asked for itemized bill we were given a word document with no dates, no details of the service, just saying money was owed. The amount they say is owed does not match the amount on any bill or EOB we received. We asked repeatedly for details of what the charge was for with no luck. They stopped responding to our calls or emails. Months later we find out they sent the bill to collections. I would NOT visit this doctor for any reason. Save your money and go to someone more qualified with a staff that can run basic billing software.

Dr. Mellon is very nice and so are the nurses. I am the working caretaker of my elderly mother who is a patient of Dr. Mellons. They have all been very compassionate & respectful with my mother. What I don't appreciate it is being scolded for not showing for an appt. I called after the appt time and was given a 'lecture' about 'needing to notify them if she can't make it'. Issues get in they way, situations happen, and appts. can't always be kept. I understand the need for cancellations and I always adhere to that out of respect for busy offices, I just don't need the rudeness of the gentleman taking the call mentioning that to me.
