I left one star and wish it could have been zero. I have one breast now much different looking than the other. It looks like this is typical there. **Edit to add: Absolutely we are still here Dr. Michael Spann. The breast that looks different is still here. I'm glad you got a good review on another site. I didn't have that same result.

Dr. Spann did my tummy tuck in February, and I️ could not be happier with my results! During my initial consultation, Dr Spann made me feel so comfortable. I️ was nervous going in to the appointment, but his warm and personable manner set me at ease immediately. He answered all my questions thoroughly, and he was great at explaining the details of the surgery and recovery. I️ knew he was the surgeon for me and booked my procedure that day. It is by far the best thing I️ have done for myself. I️ was so self conscious before, I️ would not take my cover up off at the pool. This summer I️ actually bought and wore a bikini!! Dr Spann gave me my self confidence back, and I️ can never thank him enough! His staff was helpful and sweet every time I️ called or went in for an appointment. Dr. Spann and his office will really make you feel like family. I️ highly recommend him to anyone looking a plastic surgeon. I️ have no doubt he is the absolute best in the business!! If you want a Surgeon who not only demands high quality, and safe options, and one who knows what his patients want, then Dr. Spann is the one. When I went with my wife for her initial consult, Dr. Spann was a complete professional gentleman to me and made her feel comfortable. Given my wife's history and seeing her thru several breast surgeries, I knew what was at stake and her options had almost been put on the shelf. But, Dr Spann never, not once, caused me, as the husband, to feel anxious or overwhelmed and he truly eased my wife's mind giving her his assessment. He took his time and was super thorough with his exam and his ideas helped my wife overcome her fears and fill her desires. The surgery was a success, and with his meticulous eye for detail he gave my wife, not only her breasts back, but he gave her, her life back! What a difference her smile makes now, and now her posture is that of a Greek Statue, not to mention - in the words of JT - he brought her SEXY back. I have since and will continue to refer Dr. Spann for any of your loved ones plastic surgical needs. He now has worked on several friends and one of my family members, without disappointment!
