From my first meeting with Melinda Stephenson (one of the most genuine individuals I've met and perfectly selected for her position) and Dr. Rhys Branman (deservingly selected as the BEST), I was sure I'd made the right choice. I expressed my desire to have the Smart Lift with a Brow Lift and Dr. Branman encouraged me to consider the Chin Implant, explaining in the kindest manner, that it would improve the results in defining the profile. I had a breast augmentation in July of 2015 and I could not be more happy about the outcome. I had visited Dr. Yee and Dr. Sloan before them and was not happy with how they treated me. Dr. Sloan doesn't really care about what you think and just goes with what he thinks is best ... Which is not always right. Dr. Branman set in the room with me for an hour and a half answering all my questions and helping me decide between silicone and saline. I chose silicone like he suggested and their absolutely perfect. His staff has been amazing as well! I will defiantly be using dr. Branman with any other procedures I might be having in the future. The recovery from the surgery was very easy and no pain at all. I had my surgery on a Thursday and was back to work the following Monday. He's the best plastic surgeon out there!

I have had a fantastic experience with Dr. Branman and his entire office from the moment I stepped in for my consult to my last follow-up appointment. Dr. Branman, specifically, is what I would consider the benchmark for professionalism and expertise. I had relatively extensive vaser liposuction done on my chest, torso, and lower back region. I came in with an idea of what I thought I needed, but Dr. Branman consulted me a slightly different direction, and he was right on target. And it was apparent he was consulting with sincerity and not in an attempt to derive a higher fee. In fact, his staff worked with me on the overall fee. My upper body is flat and has shape just like I imagined. The staff tells you not to "expect a miracle," but in my case the results actually are above and beyond what I expected. His staff was courteous during the preliminary stages and was also very informative. The excellent service continued after my surgery with regular, prompt follow-up visits and even one "emergency" visit (there was really nothing wrong, but they saw me immediately to address my small concern). They worked with my schedule when scheduling follow-up appointments and were quick but thorough. Dr. Branman performed an extensive surgery for me with no error at all, so I can only imagine how well a less extensive surgery would turn out. I recommend Dr. Branman and his staff highly and without reservation.

TUMMY TUCK/LIPO! :) After a twin pregnancy, a singleton pregnancy, and losing 70+ lbs on my own, I needed extra help for the loose skin. I spent a year researching surgeons and reading reviews and I continually kept coming back to Dr. Branmans site. I knew his office was the one for me. I made my consultation appointment, met some of the staff, and left feeling 100% comfortable with finalizing my dreams of a flat stomach and a healthier me. The staff members and Dr. Branman treat you with the utmost respect. They make you feel like they have known you your entire life and you're all best friends. I began my cosmetic relationship at Little Rock Plastic Surgery Center a few years back (while in my 50’s… later than most women). Fine lines and saggy checks had continued to be a way of life for me because I have a phobia of needles and I really don’t like pain or bruises. Boy, was I in for a nice surprise. Everyone at Little Rock Plastic Surgery Center is extremely knowledgeable in every procedure, not just Dr. Branman… and they are very professional in answering any questions and also in offering advice…. such as: The office staff who scheduled the appointment for my first procedure told me about a gel to use for several days before botox and juvederm to help with bruising. With Dr. Branman’s expertise, it was all totally painless and I had no bruising. I was so happy with the procedures, that the next go round, I tried juvederm voluma in my checks… which I have now done twice along with botox! Again… WOW…. painless procedure and no bruising. Dr. Branman’s manner is so kind & patient, always making sure that I am ok and offering to pause if I need to stop & breath…. answering any questions, even if it is in the middle of a procedure! Dr. Branman and his staff are the most professional of any medical center I have ever visited. In fact, People can say that they wouldn’t go anywhere else….. however, when I retired at 60, I moved to New Orleans. Dr Branman and his staff are AMAZING! At my consultation I wasn't pressured into any commitments and I wasn't made to feel ugly or like I "needed" the surgery. I watched nip/tuck, I had a stereotype of plastic surgeons. They sat an answered all of my questions and talked me through everything. The consult was relaxing and easy. They gave me more than enough information to make a smart decision on what I wanted. On the day of my surgery we had a winter weather situation so my surgery date had to be rescheduled for 2 weeks later. I was devastated as I did all my pre surgery prep and was already so nervous. I was also working on a time schedule (this was being done a few months before husband returned home from a deployment) and so I asked to be called if there were any cancellations. 2 days later she called and they got me in. I'm sure this was done to convenience me more than them, and it meant the world to me. They could've been like many other 'companies' and had a morning off and not cared about me sitting impatiently at home. I went in for Liposuction on full abdomen, sides and back. I was very nervous about the idea of cosmetic surgery plus going under. Everyone was very patient and helpful with me. The anesthesiologist was very thorough and asked me questions so he could keep me safe plus answered quite a few of mine. My husband was on the phone from over seas and they even answered his questions. After the surgery they continued to answer my 10billion questions. I called pretty often asking about everything and every time someone would call me back or get on the phone and patiently answer everything to put me at ease. I had a one week post op that went great and was happy to receive a good report. I'm now 6 weeks post op and healing so well. Everyone is asking what Ive done to lose weight. I fit in my good jeans comfortably and don't have to wear over sized t shirts to hide the spare tire. I'm excited to see how much better it will get from here! And the best part is that I FEEL good. I'm also back into a good exercise routine, something Id let slip because I didn't feel it was worth doing before. The best part is getting dressed in the mornings, its fun again to put on your favorite clothes and feel good in them! At each appointment all of Dr Branmans staff know who I am and ask questions about my life and how my husband is and when he is coming home, things that they really don't have to remember or care about, but they do. The whole experience was VERY well worth it. I had a couple consultations with other surgeons in the area just to keep my options open and Im so glad I choose Dr Branman. If I ever decide to have anything else done I wont bother looking, I know where Ill go!

I made an appointment for a free consultation to learn about all of the services they provide. They all make you feel so comfortable and safe no matter what type of procedure you are interested in. I went in mainly to find out about about different ways to refresh my face since having a stroke. I had no idea they now offer all kinds of spa services from facials to waxing to brow and lash tinting. I would NOT go anywhere else! There are so many options other than the major procedures you usually equate with a plastic surgeon. There are also several different options for payments and financing. They also don't look at you and start trying to talk you into several procedures or pick you apart for more money! Dr. Branman even gave me a medical release to have signed from my primary care doctor to give me/him permission if I decide to have anything done! All because this whole office cares about you as whole person!!!!! They will give you estimates before you leave with all the different options you discussed with Dr. Branman in your consultation. It is the easiest Dr appointment I have ever gone to by far!!

I wish there was a lower rating for Rhys Branman He did a tummy tuck and a scar revision on me and ruined my body for the rest of my life. He made a huge jagged scar leaving uneven skin a bad scar tissue looks horrible !!!! On the so called scar revision he cut the scar longer and increased the size scar leaving more undesirable scar tissue when it could have been improved with no cutting and laser scar revision treatments. Please take the time to research better doctors before you consider this one or you will end up botched for life. Feel free to contact me for before and after photos of his work.

Dr Branman performed an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) for me 2 months ago. He was my only pre-op consult, as the second I met him and his staff, I knew I wanted him to be my surgeon. He’s incredibly warm, welcoming, non-judgmental, and knowledgeable. My procedure was scheduled for 7am and I was home sleeping on my couch by noon. The day of surgery, the surgical staff made me feel calm while I waited for my procedure. I had zero post op complications, as his instructions on how to care for myself before and after surgery were incredibly detailed and reinforced several times. At each post op appointment, I’m called back to a room within minutes and seen by Dr Branman very quickly. I tell everyone who inquires about my surgery that I would go through this 100x to have the experience and results that I have had. BONUS: He makes THE BEST belly buttons I’ve ever seen. I follow other women on a FB group who have also had tummy tucks and their new belly buttons are small and round. His are “bikini” belly buttons and are PERFECT!!

My Story. Im 22, My whole life ive had negative comments about my lips,..fish lips, no lips, small mouth. when really they are just very thin. i have always wished i could fix them, and though the procedure isnt permanent (last 4-6mo) its been 1month and they are still looking great! Dr. Branman did a great job! they look VERY natural. 1 syringe was enough :) i took before and after pictures and sent them to my friends. Dr. Branman did a great job, the staff was very nice, friendly and professional not to mention their beautiful office and atmosphere. i am absolutly happy with the outcome of my results and only negatives i can think of is that sadly it doesnt last longer for 600$ :/ -also i did my research as i would hope and encourage everyone else to do! and i was told of another female Dr. i looked at her gallary her work.. it was NOT good and scary. Dr. Branman made me look natural and balanced and i WILL be back :)

I went in May 2005 for a breast augmentation. Dr. Branman was awesome. Really detailed and honest. I felt comfortable after speaking with him, he was the first plastic surgeon I had consulted with and I felt no need to go anywhere else. I do not know why I have not written a review since I have been extremely pleased with my breasts. The real wow factor is that still to this day unless I openly state I have implants no one can tell (guess the cat is out of the bag now). I asked for a natural look and he delivered. Thank you Dr. Branman for being such a skilled doctor.
