Bad experience all around. Went in and the lady at the counter seemed irritated from the start. Waited an hour past my appointment time and was still never seen. Left without being seen by anyone, and when letting the lady at the front know.. she seemed disinterested to say the least. For procedures costing so much money you would think they would value their patients/customers. Will not be back. If I could give this less than one star, I would.

I did A LOT of research when I decided I wanted to get a breast augmentation and I could not be happier that I chose Dr. Bailey. Everything was top notch from the facilities to the staff. Scheduling was a breeze, the atmosphere was incredibly welcoming, and I am 110% satisfied with my results. I cannot say enough about Dr. Bailey and his team. They truly treat you like family the moment you walk in for your consultation. In specific, Dr. Bailey and Hope were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to spend as much time with me as I needed when it came to choosing my size. I went in for the procedure with confidence as I knew I was in great hands and recovery was surprisingly quick and easy. I will say it over and over again, I am SO happy with my results and highly recommend Dr. Bailey and his staff.

I had the best experience at Bailey cosmetics, the staff always knew me by name when I went in and Dr. Bailey made me feel so welcomed and comfortable in his office. The day I went in for my procedure I was a little anxious but the staff reassured me and walked me through everything that was going to happen. My recovery process was so quick and Dr. Bailey made sure I came in frequently after to check and make sure I was healing properly. I talked with several surgeons in the area before making my decision to have my surgery at Bailey Cosmetics. I started looking in September and found that other surgeons in the area couldn't get me in for 7+ months and they charged outlandish fees just for the consult. When I called Bailey Cosmetics they were very helpful and willing to work with my schedule. I got in that month and had my surgery in the middle of October! Overall my experience working with them was above and beyond and I would recommend them to everyone in the Missouri area!
