Was in and out in less than an hour for wisdom teeth removal. Staff was great. Didnt even realize teeth were out until I was about to be leaving. Very little pain the following day. Definitely one of the better experiences I've had with dental surgery.

The one thing that stands out and makes Dr. Bolding different from the rest is that he actually phoned me himself the day after my surgery to make sure that I was well, to ask if I needed anything and to answer any questions that I had. He was genuinely kind and made me feel that he was committed to my well being and recovery. It is such a rarity these days to have a surgeon actually contact you at home himself to follow up after a procedure. I would definitely recommend Dr. Bolding for any of your dental/oral surgery needs.

I love how they tell you everything will be covered. We will call you if it will cost you anything before. We even called a day a head of time. We do not want any surprise cost, what will be covered? “If they haven’t called you and told you otherwise it’s covered.” As soon we we walk in the door the next day. “Oh they aren’t going to cover this or this. And the anesthesia will not be covered at all. We are going to need $600 for this today.” Would not recommend this place to anyone. That is very shady and not the way to operate a business at all. If you do not know then do not give the customer the perception that you know what you are talking about. Unless you want to be deceived and lied to do not go to this place. Edit** still having issues with this place. Patient was supposed to be numb for 3 days. Was never numb. Could not get a hold of nurse on call over the weekend. Currently out of pain meds because the ones given were not effective and the doctor is 2 hours away today and no one can write a script without the patient having to painfully get out of bed and go see another doctor to charge more money. This is all a scheme. Absolutely terrible place to do business with. Edit again. Went back in to get more pain medicine because in so much pain still. Doctor proceeds to scrape out blood clots starting process over telling patient needs to clean. When patient cleans every time an nothing is in there. Patient is crying because hands are in mouth and he is scraping spots and he still proceeds. Steven A. Skoch was the doctor doing this. Very unsympathetic and unconcerned with the patients comfort level.

Had surgery less then 24 hours ago and it was an amazing experience with Dr.Bolding in Springdale. Won't go anywhere else! It took me 4 years to get these wisdom teeth gone and Dr. Bolding was the best at not judging my former bad hygiene. I had 6 teeth out and bone grafts, I think the price was fair and the office staff amazing.

Our daughter had to have several teeth extracted (wisdom teeth) and Dr. Bolding took excellent care of our daughter during her time in surgery. His staff was excellent and he kept us informed throughout the process. Even after surgery he took the time to follow up that evening to see how she was doing which meant a great deal. I was very nervous going in, but the staff and Dr. Skoch we're very friendly and patient. They were also fast with their scheduling...they got me in for a consultation/x-ray the same day we called and they made an appointment for extraction first thing the next morning! The extractions (3 teeth) and "recovery" took less than an hour. Very little pain after and the days following. Their office was also very clean and pleasant. :)

I had a tooth pulled and the bone built up for an implant. Dr. Bolding is very comforting and a very nice person. "I have a certain bump that appeared after surgery" located where the tooth is and almost to the roof of my mouth that he is going to look at for a follow-up visit. It's a sore bump, like a boil or something. I called today and the nurse scheduled me right a way for a follow up-check up. I'll do a follow up on the google site on how it went when I get time. Doctor Bolding was very nice after the extraction. He accidentally broke the tooth next to it. He then brought my half tooth in a little baggy and told me to take it to my dentist to glued it back on. I'll I can is I was stunned and upset.

Dr. Bolding is very knowledgeable and skilled at doing implants. However, the wait time for each appointment is really long. I had to wait in the lobby for over an hour for my initial consult. Today, when I came in 3 months later for a follow up appointment, the waiting continued. My appointment was at 3:30 and I was not finished until 4:20. The appointment with X-rays only took 5 minutes for the doctor and his staff. The staff members and doctor are friendly but the wait time is unacceptable.

It was a great experience when it came to the surgery. Staff was nice, scheduling was easy and the procedure went smooth due to the experienced doctor. I would not recommend anyone to go here if you have complications or need help after the surgery they won't lend a hand or even give you a call back when you leave a detailed message. Staff sucks when they're done with you.

Dr. Skoch and his staff did a phenomenal job when they took out four of my wisdom teeth. I liked his work so much that I went back to him for a dental implant. The staff was very hospitable during both surgeries, they called beforehand to make sure that as a client I felt that I had instructions for both surgeries.
