Wanted a surgery, was talked into trying something else first, that didn't work. Asked about the original option and was told I'd have to pay again.

I highly recommend Dr. Passmore. She is very professional and courteous. I was impressed when she said, "The purpose of this consult is to explain the procedure and for you to interview me as well." Dr. Passmore explains the procedure and takes time to answer questions. Not only is she professional with her remarkable expertise, she also has a very sweet personality, and connects well with the patient and the family. She has a warm and friendly staff which indicates they enjoy working for her - that say a lot. Personally, I am very selective in choosing a physician and/or surgeon.
