Run from this doctor! Do not see him! I should have known the way he talks to his staff, this doctor has an ego trip. Dr. Lille as ruined me. I was told by him that if it didn't work out, the insurance would cover fixing me. My breast has huge scars. I told him over and over that I had more CC in my righ, and not in my left. YET he put the same silicone breast implant size in both of them. Now I have a DDD and a very small DD. I can not wear any bra unless its a push up without having to pull the one breast up( the small breast). My areola is huge on my left breast, right breast is almost twice as small. I went into his office, crying, begging him to fix me as he had promised before he was paid in full. All I got as I was crying , he kept telling my husband that I was hostile! You got to be kidding me. I was never mean, but cried and begged for him to fix me. He stated I should be happy. Girls, trust me, read his new reviews of the ones who has gotten the surgery from him. He is not the doctor he used to be. He does not care , only the money. He doesn't listen to you. I wanted to go back to what I was before I lost my breast years ago, with no scars to see. This man gets money from the insurance you pay into, also where you have the procedure at. You tell me if he cares if he leaves you looking like a train wreck. It's sad when I go to get fitted for a bra, and they feel sorry for me. His own staff, feeling sorry for me. When you pick a doctor, please go see another one to. I fell for this doctor of his connections with the Mayo clinic. If a doctor doesn't care about his staff, or listens to you, run! This man has a ego trip, and refuses to take responsibility for making someone look like a freak. My husband accepts me for whom I am, I keep saying its just breast. I just wish I would have flown back to Philly, back to my doctor who cares, and would have fixed his mistakes. I have so much ripples to. I will update more photos, but please run from him!! Oh, Just so you know, he kept saying over and over as I was crying to my husband, I was hostile and he didn't have to listen to it. I think he need to look up the word hostile, and the word, distraught, and begging to what he promised to do. My whole family and friends are sadden what this man has done to me!

Our patient coordinator was amazing. She dealt with my 3 year old, who had to attend the appointment with me, great (he's pretty rambunctious). The second consultation prior to surgery with Dr Lille was wonderful, too. All of the staff were wonderful. The day of the surgery went smooth and the staff was comforting and informative.

I trusted Dr Lille to make my breasts look better but instead I’m so self conscious now because one breast is larger than the other. I called the office and they said it was the way it settled. But during the consultation they said one of my breasts was smaller than the other so they were going to make them the same size but now they look totally different. The experience with this office from the start to finish was nothing but phenomenal. Healing was fine, and they addressed any and all of my concerns (even the silly ones). I am highly satisfied with my surgery. I gave the doctor an idea of a size and he chose the perfect fit for my body. I increased by 2-3 sizes and they are both more equivalent in size now. I got saline and they look and feel natural. The price for the surgery was not bad at all. The only thing I regret from the surgery was not doing it sooner.

The one thing that I feel could be improved, from my experience, would be to have more time to talk about what my outcome would look like (by going over photos, etc). I felt like I was just told what size implants I can use, and was not sure how the outcome may look like. Wow. I cannot be more pleased with Dr. Lille in every possible way. He is a true artist. I am 10 days post-op from a Platysmaplasty which involved sewing together the sagging muscle under my chin – from the chin down to the top of my adams apple and removing a large volume of skin and fat under my chin. The z-plasty stitch reduces the traction on the incision for better healing and makes it less noticeable. I am still wearing the pressure bandage, but when I take it off, I am simply amazed. I now have a jawline and no turkey neck, as if I lost 15 lbs. It looks so natural too. Even with the incision still sort of raw, it’s not very noticeable at all. I have had barely any pain or swelling, and no nausea. My throat hurt a lot from having the tube inserted during surgery, but the pain faded after a few days. I am 54 years old and in very good health. Fit and trim. But my jowls started sagging over the past few years which made me look heavier and older than my age. I cringed whenever I looked in the mirror or saw a photo of myself, like “when I did start looking so old?!!” I now look like I did when I was 40. It’s fun taking off the bandage and seeing the results. I just keep smiling. Dr. Lille spent a lot of time with me talking about the procedure including the prep and recovery. He is so easy to talk to – very frank, clear, and honest. He is conservative in several ways. He wants the outcome to be a natural look, so made sure that he didn’t go too extreme. He is very strict about no drinking for a month, no activity, and keeping the wound clean and dry. I have to keep my chin pointed forward. Sleep without a pillow, putting a rolled towel under my neck. Eat healthy. He realizes that the healing is just as important as the surgery. I was terrified to have this procedure, fearing that it wouldn’t turn out as I had hoped. But it has turned out better than I would have imagined. I felt like I was in good hands with Dr. Lille and his team at all times. I even paged Dr. Lille the evening after the procedure with a question, and he called me right back (on a Friday night). I had pain in my thigh and worried that it was a blood clot. He said – Nope, it’s from being dehydrated having not had anything to eat or drink in a full day. He had me drink a whole bottle of electrolyte fluids, and the pain went away. I cannot possibly recommend Dr. Lille more highly.

If I could give more stars I would! The ladies at his office are all very Nice and not snooty like some of the other Scottsdale locations. Dr Lille and the girls are very honest about everything and answer every question you may have. I had a breast augmentation with saline last week and I'm already so pleased at how they look. And the incision he did was so small that I can tell after its healed you will barley see a line. He was one of the cheaper doctors but he also has more then 20 years experience! That's a lot of boobies lol. I'm so in love with my new girls and so is my husband. After having kids I feel 25 and sexy. This boosted my confidence 100000% all thanks to dr Lille and his staff❤️
