I had a great experience with Dr. Rough during my injections of Bellafill to take years off my 55 year old face. I had multiple injections that filled out my face and removed my dreaded laugh lines around my mouth. I never thought that I would have received the results that I did with one visit. I had multiple people ask me after if I did something because they saw an improvement even though they could not pinpoint exactly what was changed. I loved that it was noticeable but subtle. As he mentioned in his profile, he really is compassionate on what he does. It is hard to find genuinely caring doctors these days. He laid out all the options and asked for your opinion rather than just telling you. He is humble and wasn't arrogant at all like most other doctors tend to be.

Worst place ever. They change your appointment time AFTER CONFRIMING the appointment. THEN THEY IMPLIED I WAS LYING. I write every appointment I have on my calendar. I even called my husband to make sure I didn't confuse the time. They wanted me to wait over an hour for a appointment I made weeks ago. Don't waste your time. If they run the front desk so unprofessionally imagine how your surgery day could be.
