My experience with Dr. Mosharrafa and all the staff at the office was wonderful! I had breast augmentation done 2.5 years ago and my left implant ended up deflating. I did my research on this site and decided to drive out from LA to Phoenix and SO happy I did! Amanda was amazing to work with from the start being that I dont even live in Phoenix. As far as recovery and the results, I literally had no pain after surgery and LOVE the result!!!! Definitely recommend Dr. Ali Mosharrafa!

Breast reconstruction isn’t easy! Not every plastic surgeon is specialized in this field. I felt so at ease with Dr. Tamir Mosharrafa. He answered every question I had with honesty and integrity. The surgery went smoothly without complications and I am very grateful as I experienced many with my previous ones. He has made me feel confident again after having gone through so much following my double mastectomy. I was having so many issues with being under the muscle and he reversed to over the muscle surgery. If he can rebuild from nothing, I’m 110% confident that he can do any plastic surgery!

Dream experience, from initial call to schedule my consult, to post op appointments. Dr. Ali performed a breast augmentation on me in August. I went from A/B to C/D; he perfectly identified the right size for me based on an in-depth consultation where we discussed many size and look options, as well as what would be best for my lifestyle. I was welcomed back prior to surgery to try on implant 'sizers' and, when asked, the female staff provided insight on their own breast aug experiences. Each employee served as a valuable resource and I felt supported throughout the entire process. Dr Ali, as well as all the office personnel, are consummate professionals and easy to speak with. Dr Ali is an excellent surgeon and I look forward to referring everyone I know to his office. I truly cannot think of anything I would change about my experience. Equally important is the relationship with the scheduling manager, Amanda, who also answered my numerous questions via email, phone and in person. From the moment we first spoke on the phone, I felt reassured that this was the right place for me. Do not discount the value of high-quality and friendly office personnel! You will notice the difference if you speak with enough plastic surgeon offices -- I certainly did! Additionally, I worked with Ali and Rori on a skincare regimen and look forward to being a recurring customer. Finally, the anesthesiologist (Dr Cavanaugh), surgical staff and nurses (Cassie and Sarah(?)) were a calming, professional influence the day-of surgery. This was my first 'major' surgery and therefor I was rather nervous morning-of. However I am pleased to say that I could not have dreamed of a better experience.

All I can say is that Dr. Tamir Mosharrafa is an exceptionally gifted Doctor. Dr. Tamir performed my reconstruction surgeries when I had breast cancer. Now 16 years later, when one of my implants ruptured I would not consider going to any other surgeon. Again my results are AMAZING and beyond my expectations. It's been 2 years and a day since Dr Tamir did my rhinoplasty surgery. He said it takes about 2 years for your new nose to settle in. Immediately following my surgery, my splint was embedded in my nose. At my 1 week post op, he did not want to remove it. I clearly showed him it was embedded in my nose, and he removed it. I now have a large scar, that he said he can do nothing about. Secondly, my nasal passages are collapsed now, and I cannot breath through my nose and I have to wear a nose strip every night in order to sleep. He told me to go see an ENT doctor to address this issue. Third, I have an exposed stitch inside my nose in the cartilage that hurts and gets infected with a lot of pus every 2 weeks. I use mupirocin 2 times a day to try to prevent mrsa infections, but it doesn't help much. I have had multiple visits to my ENT doctor and he told me I need to look for a surgeon that specializes in reconstructive surgery, he won't even attempt to try to open my nasal passages for fear of making things worse. My nose now looks like I ran into a wall and has no rounded contour at all. I know you take risks with elective surgeries, but I had no idea I would have to live with these type of issues, with no help from Dr Tamir. Make sure you do your research and know the risks you are taking. Am I a happy customer of Mosharrafa Plastic Surgery? Absolutely not. Pics below.

Their beautiful new office at Tatum and Shea is so welcoming and bright! From begining to end, every visit is a pleasure. All of the staff are so friendly and warm. I recently visited the Mosharrafa skin care practice and had such a nice experience. I had a facial with Brandie. The facial was wonderful--refreshing and renewing. I enjoyed Brandie's "bed side manner." She was very easy to talk to and has a positive, up beat personality. I asked her for some recommendations regarding skin care products. I appreciated that she shared lots of different options, gave informative suggestions, but didn't try to over-sell or up-sell me. She also gave me helpful brochures and a sample to take home. I would certainly recommend her and will visit her again myself.

As soon as you walk in, the friendliest front office girls put any jitters you may have at ease. I was only give one option for my breast reconstruction after mastectomy, and as it turns out there are other options that have much lower complication rates for someone who has had radiation. I was so focused on getting the cancer treated that I regrettably did not do my research on ALL of the reconstruction options and am now having to backtrack to change what has been done so far. Dr. Ali does one specific type of reconstruction with sub-muscular expanders/implants which have a high instance of complications in someone who has had or needs radiation. If you NEED RADIATION there are OTHER OPTIONS. Unfortunately, you won’t learn of those other options at this office. Do your research and ask questions. And even if your questions are being answered to your satisfaction I would still recommend getting a 2nd and 3rd opinion. A good provider will explain ALL of your options so you can make the most informed and best choice for your specific situation. That being said, the staff at this office is awesome!

I have been to Mosharrafa Plastic Surgery a handful of times now to see their aesthetician and nurse injector, Ali and Jamie. Ali and Jamie are the best of the best! I followed both of them to Mosharrafa from their previous positions because they truly are the best at what they do. I have had facials and IPL with Ali that have really helped with my overall texture and rosacea. I see Jamie for Botox and fillers. Both of them make you feel super comfortable and educate you about the process, possible side effects, and offer their expert opinions if you aren't sure! They are both not only extremely talented and experienced at what they do, but they are perfectionists and if someone is doing a procedure on my face - I DEFINITELY want them to be perfectionists!
