My experiences with Dr. Maxwell and her staff have always been exceptional. Dr. Maxwell fixed a botched job by another local plastic surgeon and I couldn’t be happier with the results years later. Christina in the med spa is absolutely fantastic as well - always discusses procedures and outcomes at length, and puts you at ease going into whatever you’re doing. I wouldn’t see anyone else!

The surgery I had completed by Maxwell and her staff was flawless. Maxwell and her staff are well educated and willing to assist you in making the right choices to personalize your care for optimal results. In Preop, I was very nervous because this was my first surgery. Laurie and Andi were honest about discomfort post op and helped me to remain calm and focused on my exciting results. Dr. Hunter, the anesthesiologist, explained in detail TWICE (once before and at the time he completed the intervention) everything he was going to do. Hunter has a patient and kind demeanor. My recovery was much quicker than anticipated with some restrictions necessary for optimal recovery. The office staff is warm and friendly. As a critical care nurse I was methodical and thorough in my research which led me to Dr. Maxwell and her staff. Post op., I would choose her and her staff again and again.

Dr. Maxwell and her team are amazing..I had a wonderful experience seeking Dr. Maxwell for my request to explant my 14yr old saline implants. Dr. Maxwell came highly recommend and I experienced why. Every step leading me to my surgery date was so smooth and perfessional. Not missing a beat. Dr. Maxwell was very confident on her procedure concerning, explaining proper/correct removal of implants. She gave me her expertise on what needs to be performed or not to be with my situation at hand. She made sure all my questions were answered at time of consultation. Her and her team showed great concern with my requests and needs. My explant went great with no complications and Dr. Maxwell did amazing job with the procedure. I LOVE my results and couldn’t be happier! Dr. Maxwell was full of hugs and made me feel like I was her favorite on every check up!

The word "GREAT" does not do justice to Dr. Maxwell or her staff. My wife and I were treated like family. Administrative staff, nurses, the doctor herself, EVERYONE made us feel special. Neither my wife nor I have ever been to another plastic surgeon so I cannot compare. But I will say this: No surgeon can surpass Dr. Maxwell on skill, professionalism or level of care and I seriously doubt many can equal her. If you are a loved one is desiring - or needing - plastic surgery, I strongly recommend you visit Dr. Maxwell and her team. They simply cannot be beat.

I don't post reviews too often but this needs to be said. My mom went to Dr. Maxwell for a facelift a few years back, she never told me about her experience until a few days ago and I wanted to cry. My mom used her retirement money for this. It has been something she has wanted to do for a long time and she finally got a chance to do it. She went in and said Dr. Maxwell was so kind and courteous... until she went in for the surgery. My mom was already nervous, and Dr. Maxwell ignored her, and acted like she didn't even want to be there and what made it worse was my mom woke up to the night nurse from hell, she was rough with my Mom. She had tubes coming out from her neck and this night nurse would rub them to help "scar tissue from forming" but did it so rough my mom wanted to cry. She was rude and inconsiderate. She would "show" my mom how to drain her tubes but would do it at a low angle so my mom couldn't see it and get upset when my mom asked her to repeat it or show her again. My Mom is also a breast cancer survivor and they even started talking to her about her scarring on her chest and back. They shouldn't have even been looking at her scars in the first place. This was a FACE LIFT. They completely crossed the line! And to make matters worse, they did a half a** job. She feels her face is drooping, one eye lid is sagging, and her cheeks are falling back to where they once were. She is so upset with the work this woman has done, it was not done properly and how she was treated it makes my blood boil. She trusted you. She used EVERYTHING she had to get this surgery and just wanted to feel beautiful and you ruined it for her. SHAME ON YOU. I would never recommend her to anyone ever again. If I could leave ZERO stars I would. Be careful with this one!

She is wonderful at first... then after she gets your money she is rude & not to mention she did a terrible job on my daughter, I wish she would have gone to another doctor. She had to get her breast redone by another doctor thankfully he was able to fix them. Please do not give this lady a cent of your time or $.
