Dr. Gawley is by far the best surgeon for breast reconstruction in town. We highly recommend him to all breast cancer patients in need of breast reconstruction. His work outside of breast cancer is equally outstanding. In addition, he is a philanthropic leader in our community giving generously to help make a difference in the fight against breast cancer locally.

I just had my breast augmentation procedure on the 1st and there is nothing bad I can say about Dr Gawley or his staff. They are so nice and great at making sure i am comfortable. Dr Gawley even sent me flowers on my 2 day post op ❤ They coverederd any question I would have had without me having to ask before and after my procedure. I am only a few days post up but am happy with the recovery progress I am making. It will take a few weeks to know more on my review and I will be sure to update when I am further in recovery.

I would give them no stars if I could because first impressions are monumental. I called to make an appt today. Ashley refused to make an appt for me because they are not contracted with my secondary insurance (not primary). I do not understand this because as a result of going thru chemo for 5 months my maximum out pocket has been met and there would be no need to bill secondary ins. This is an unfortunate situation and practice that I just can not understand and the billing person will not return for a week to clarifying this. They may have great reviews but first you have to get thru the door.

As a breast cancer survivor of 21 years with a double mastectomy and reconstruction, I have some issues that have occurred with my breasts that need to be resolved. I have been to a few plastic surgeons for a consolation. I was unhappy with their bedside manner and their lack of concern as to what is important to me and how I feel. Dr Gawley was very personable and listened to my every word. Not only did he listen but he addressed every concern that is important to me. He explained in detail what the combination of procedures would be to complete the reconstruction to my satisfaction. I can't tell you how relieved I am that I found Dr Gawley. BOTCHED!!! Do not trust your body to this Dr! I took my teen daughter here because she unfortunately had one breast not grow and the other was deformed. She has been super self conscious and it has affected her self esteem. Since she had a special case we did consultations with several surgeons before making our decision. We chose Dr. Gawley because he assured us he could make her look great, symmetrical etc. I wish I could put a photo on here...she looks like FRANKENSTEIN. One implant dropped into her stomach area and she can't even wear a bra because the implant is so far below the bra line. The other breast is sagging so much it looks like a 90 year olds breast. When we called in they told us it would be 3k to fix the one that dropped in the stomach area. My daughter got so upset at the looks of it she developed anxiety and dropped out of her first semester of college!!! She can't wear bras so her one breast swings around and the other looks like a blob through her shirt!!!! It's SUPER noticeable and she stays inside. So I took her to three other surgeons and all three basically confirmed she was BOTCHED. When I called upset to tell them we shouldn't have to pay to fix, they scheduled us almost a month out. Then when we went to see Dr. Gawley first he was more concerned with what other surgeons we saw then my daughter who was bawling her eyes out in front of him. Second, he went on and on about how it was common for that to happen and it would continue to take more surgeries and now she needed a mesh that's 4K. I was pissed because if it's common WHY WOULDNT YOU TELL US THAT IN THE FIRST PLACE???? Instead of telling us how great she will look??? I get that other people have had great experiences but unless you have a super typical easy, slide in some implants and call it good kind of surgery...DO NOT GO TO DR. Gawley. He offered to waive his service fees for the surgery....I'd rather pay someone we can trust.

Dr. Raman Mahabir listens. I Had Breast implants removed last April . I had lymph pain and seroma’s developing on top of my implants. His work is impeccable. He reattached my pectorals that had been damaged from past breast augmentations. My sutures are invisible 10 months post op. And he did full enbloc. My recovery was pain free , easy, after my 6 weeks I was off to Italy! I feel and look amazing. Thank you Dr. Mahabir !

I am really dissapointed with the service I have received at this facility in the past few years. 1. I made an appointment for a 2pm botox injection and when I arrived the person employed did not show up for work that day. Why was I not called? It is an hour drive from my house with traffic. 2. I received a botox injection under my lower eyelids? This was a first for me. My eyelids were flipping over. 3. I had my first laser treatment done on my face for ONLY $50. Great! It was a bargain since my botox injections were increasing in cost yet were less effective. I was offered the Bundle package for laser at this time to save money! Three treatments for only $250. I'm not sure what the bargain was but I fell for it since my husband was paying for it that day. I had two treatments. I scheduled my third treatment and verified again, two day in advance. Is this still under the "BUNDLE DEAL"? I did not want a surprise cost when I got there because it is a long drive in traffic. I arrive on time. Guess what? "We do not have a record from the old office about this Bundle Deal you payed for. But we are willing to honor it today." I had to walk out and take the loss because I was not sure if this place is competent. How do you lose a pt's record of payment? 4. I had a 2pm appointment and verified 2 days prior that my appointment was at 2pm since I am driving across Phoenix to arrive on time. I walk in and I am told my appointment is not until 3pm. After the battle of insisting it is at 2pm, they found I was scheduled at 2pm for laser. Oops, "So Sorry." Have a juice. This facility is unorganized and needs work. Stop trying to nickel and dime everyone and be respectful to your customer. I would hate to see a patient at my facility charged extra for having a third of their appendix taken because we could not find the "Bundle Package" they paid for.

Dr Bryan Gawley is not only a creative and talented physician, he took the time to understand my goals and find my best solution both medically and aesthetically. Amber & Dr. Gawley, as well as everyone in his office is AMAZING, kind and professional. When I meet with Amber for a consult I had 4 other consults set up some in which I had paid for in advance. After visiting my husband and I visited her for a consult on a tummy tuck and breast enlargement, we cancelled all other consults that day luckily we were able to get refunds however it would still have been worth it without them. I am 37yrs, 157 lbs,36DD mother with 2 births who lost 40lbs in the last 2yrs. I wanted a tummy tuck and more than an enlargement I wanted a breast lift.Amber explained to us that with the heavy breast tissue that a lift would not be the best option it would not give me the results I wanted. However I would need a reduction first to remove the heavy tissue and create a solid shelve for the lift I was looking for. I am now 4 weeks post surgery and I cannot believe the results of the tummy tuck I never dreamed he would be able to remove as much skin as he did and do so with such a straight incision line and a line that does not show. My breast are preker then they have ever been and I cannot wait for the second surgery for the implants.

Where do I begin, Dr. Gawley is absolutley amazing! When I first met Dr. Gawley he was very warm and welcoming and then I was told I would need a lift as well as an aumentation, I was apprehensive at first, but what 23yr old wants to hear that? He assured me that this is what it would take to get me back to where I was before I had a child and that the scar would not be that bad. So I took a leap of faith because I've heard so highly about Dr. Gawley and I'm proud to say he did amazing!!! I couldn't be happier with how they turned out! He took the time to explain to me what he was going to be doing and really took my feelings and concerns into consideration. His staff was great too! Very friendly and welcoming! Especially Amber one of his assistants, she really helped me when it came to being concerned about having a lift done. I'm about 2 weeks out from my surgery and the scaring is extreamly minimal! If you are planning ANY type of surgery please please please go to Dr. Gawley!!! You will not be dissapointed! I promise you that!

Brenna was amazing and she really took the time to make sure all my questions were answered and that I was comfortable with the decision that I was making. It was a great experience from the consult To my post op. Amber is amazing through the whole consult process and scheduling for your procedure. Getting ready for surgery my nurse Andrea was awesome. She was funny and really helped me relax. The anesthesiologist was great. It's nice when they are down to earth companionate but yet professional. You don't meet to many surgeons that take the time to actually have conversation, answer questions and who are down to earth and make you feel comfortable. I went to my first post op and saw the results of my breast reduction and was amazed by how awesome they looked. I was really scared to have this surgery as I thought the pain would be significantly worse. Don't get me wrong I am sore but nothing like I thought I would be. If you are thinking about having any cosmetic procedures I would highly recommend this office. You will have a fantastic overall experience.

Having been down the reconstructive surgery road before and interviewing a plethora of qualified plastic surgeons, I can honestly say that I was impressed with Dr. Gawley and his staff. From the warm greeting from the lovely ladies at the front desk, to Amber coordinating my appointments, Denise keeping me closely updated on Dr Gawley’s schedule on the day of surgery to Dr Gawley’s incredible work. I am so thankful that I was introduced to Dr. Gawley and his team of professionals. If you are considering plastic surgery...elective surgery...please do your homework and check your surgeon out, throroughly!! Is your surgeon board certified? Price should never be a consideration when you are altering your appearance, no excuses. Dr. Gawley is not only a cosmetic surgeon, he produces some of the most amazing reconstructive breast results. I have trusted Dr. Gawley with the care of my mother and would do so with any of my friends and family if they were considering cosmetic/reconstructive surgery. It is our duty as consumers to do the due diligence and check out those we trust our appearances to, not to complain about poor results after the fact because WE made a bad choice. Dr. Gawley is my only choice for cosmetic/reconstructive surgery and I will trust him again to fix my 'post c-section tummy' next year.

My breast aug could not be worse. I feel like Frankenstein. My implant sits so low into my stomach that it hurts constantly and I cannot wear a bra. The other one sags and looks completely different. There’s so much extra skin that it folds over. I literally have to have the entire thing redone by another surgeon. It’s so heartbreaking. He is very well spoken and speaks very well, he will seduce you into thinking he knows what he’s doing. He doesn’t. I cannot say enough how badly it turned out. I wish I could post photos on here.
