Fantastic staff all around. Great office waiting room and exam rooms. The only down side about this office is that I've never been seen at my appointment time. Usually 5-15 minutes from my appointment time. Other than that great setup!

While having my routine check up with Dr Orlick for skin damaged areas, I asked her about Facial "touch ups". She suggested I make an appointment with Dr Olson to discuss options. Trusting Dr Orlick's skills and suggestions I made that first office visit. From my initial consultation with Dr Olson until the post surgical appointment, I am thrilled not only with the results but how truly accommodating the entire office was. Given that most of our physician office visits aren't usually celebratory, my experience with Foothills Dermatology & Facial, to reduce the process of aging and gravity, truly was a pleasure. Prior to surgery, I did my homework not only about Dr Olson but the costs, down time, and post op. Dr Orlick is fantastic!!. My procedure went smoothly and she walked and talked her way through the whole process. She took care of me but currently is taking care of my daughter and her professionalism and bedside manner are second to none. Dr. Olson's office is now offering a new method of hair restoration without the scaring like the old method of hair transplanting contact them for more information!!!

Good luck getting anybody on the phone here. I was on hold for 10 minutes after saying I wanted to schedule an appointment! Call back and they drop your call twice.. Then, Appointments are scheduled TWO months away! NO THANKS I'll find someplace else.

About a month and a half ago I underwent a revision rhinoplasty by Dr. Olson. From the very first visit, the staff, Dr. Olson and his wife Mercy, were welcoming, friendly and accommodating. With digital software, Dr. Olson was able to take photos of my nose and alter them digitally so we could both see and discuss my options. Dr. Olson was descriptive and realistic about the changes he could make, and together we devised a plan of action. From the very first consultation, to the post op check ups, I was called and emailed frequently to make sure everything was on the right track. The practice exuded both professionalism and organization throughout the entirety of the process. On the morning of the surgery, I arrived at the Carondelet Foothills Surgery Center, and received great pre and post op care. Dr. Olson performing his surgeries in this outpatient center instead of a hospital was extremely comfortable and allowed the process of my discharge to be expedited. Later the day of my surgery, Dr. Olson called me to see how I was doing, which I really appreciated. Recovery took about a week and I am extremely happy with the final product. It’s the nose I've always wanted and my family and friends all agree it fits my face perfectly. I have had no complications and am overall ecstatic with the result. I would recommend anyone looking into rhinoplasty to visit this wonderful practice and amazing surgeon!

Mercy Olson has been nothing but amazing since my very first consultation, she is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The office is clean, quiet, and welcoming. Every time my little ones and I go in we are treated like family! Dr. Olson was able to image me and show me what he could do for my nose (it was amazing). Dr. Olson knew exactly what I wanted before I even got the chance to tell him, it was like he took the words right out of my mouth and the images straight from my head! The day of my surgery was the best day of my life. Dr. Olson was confident and relaxed, which helped a lot with my nerves. The healing process has been smooth sailing. I am extremely happy with my nose so far, and it keeps getting better. Dr. Olson literally changed my life, I have no words to express my gratitude. If I could I would do it over again 10 times just because the experience has been so fantastic!

I have been to Foothills Dermatology for yearly skin cancer checkups and Dr. Ohrlick is very thorough. I, also, had the laser treatment to my face to improve acne scars. The scars have improved greatly, but I need a second treatment to ( hopefully) benefit me even more. The procedure was explained to me and I had great support throughout the procedure. Mercy was a great source of support throughout the healing process and really answered all my questions honestly and completely. I recommend Foothill Dermatology to all my friends. Everyone there is friendly and helpful.

EXCELLENT staff and AMAZING doctor! I had a chin implant done in April and I am in love with the results! I really felt like Dr, Olson really took his time to explain the procedure to me, and to study my photos pre procedure. I felt very informed and well taken care of. My chin implant looks very natural and it is a huge improvement in my facial profile. I cannot recommend Dr. Olson enough!
