I was in a motorcycle wreck that should have killed me. Period. Dr. Torabi was the Plastic Surgeon on call. His response time was rapid to the trauma center. Dr. Torabi literally repaired the upper left side of my face. His expertise has shined through; he was able and conscious to do his absolute best on giving me the chance to have a normal (in societal terms) eyebrow. His office staff is lovely as well. My husband had a massive cyst removed from his lower back. He was given antibiotics and a small amount of pain medication. The pain meds didnt even cover 7 days and he broke out in a really bad rash from the antibiotics 3 days in so we stopped. Fast forward to the following Tuesday (they were closed Monday due to a holiday) and after 2 messages with a 3rd call right before close, they don't want to prescribe a new antibiotic OR pain meds?? Super unprofessional and shows they dont care. Its all about the money

Dr Matatov is AWESOME! I had a DIEP after 3 breast implant exchanges. Not only was the surgery great, his bedside manner is so great. He truly listens to me. The office staff is so great as well. My name is Lindsay Ahonsi, I want to review the Doctors at Elite Plastic Surgery not as a patient but as someone who has worked closely with Dr. Matatov and Dr. Torabi in the OR or (Operating Room). When Elite Plastic Surgery decided to expand the facilities they offer their breasts reconstructions at, I had the honor of not only learning about the different reconstruction options but was able to assist Dr. Matatov and Dr. Torabi during these procedures for 2 years. I am a certified surgical technician who has worked in the OR for over 5 years and as someone who has assisted in many different procedures, worked with many different surgeons, I can truly say from my heart that what these Doctors do for their patients is without a doubt AMAZING!! From start to finish these Doc's work hard to ensure there patients are informed, comfortable, are taken care of , recommending the best treatment options for each individual patient, because let's be honest no two people are alike. As someone who has had a family member who had breast cancer, I can speak from experience how scary seeing someone you love go through that this.Today that family member is in remission but is left with unsightly scars, uneven breast tissue, has had a failed implant and at this point is too scared to take her shirt off in front of her husband. After discovering the wonderful work the Doc's at Elite Plastic Surgery can do by first hand experience I recommended them not only to my Aunt, but to anyone else willing listen. I think it is super important to have as many options available, especially to women who have had cancer, or have been tested and are removing there breasts prophylactically (or as a precautionary measure) to be able to feel whole again,to be able to feel like a woman and not have to worry about anything else but to just live life and enjoy living life! DIEP or ( Deep Inferior Epigastric Perforators) Flaps or PAP (Profunda Artery Perforator) Flaps are the two most common we proformed, DIEP being number one taking the normal skin, fat, and tissue that normally gets disposed of during a tummy tuck and reconstructing new breasts. Same for the PAP only that one comes from your thighs so essentially a thigh lift! Either way both are in my opinion one of the best options out there for breast reconstruction. Not only does the look and feel of the breast the same, unlike implants there isn't really any maintenance, they don't need to be replaced, they won't rupture, and they give a natural fullness I feel implants don't quite do! To conclude my novel I just want to say thank you to Dr. Matatov, Dr. Torabi, Dr. Zakhary, and Dr. Tessler for making my two years at Greenbaum surgical hospital not only enjoyable but such a humbling experience! I feel so blessed to be able to have been apart of so many procedures and to give these women hope after all they have been thru! Thank you Doc's for what you do keep up the great work!

Going to Elite Plastic Surgery for my breast augmentation was one of the THE BEST decisions I made in my life. Dr. Rozbeh Torabi is highly skilled plastic surgeon, very gentle and thoroughly professional. I had almost zero pain after my surgery. He put me on a great diet plan with vitamins that allowed my body to bounce back quick from surgery. My breasts are natural and soft! ***MIGRAINE SURGERY*** I have suffered with Migraine for well over 30+ years. It was every other day I was fighting just to make it to work or just live a normal life!!! Horrible, my wife had to have reconctructive breast surgery do to breast cancer. Doctor was late between 20min and 70 min for all but 1 appt. out of 7 so far. So on to surgery day was told 8 hours for surgery, after that got several calls saying there has been a set back but that is all. Finally after 12+ hours of surgery the dr was able to complete only one reconstruction of the two. The better half agreed to go under the knife again to reconstruct the other breast using her inner thigh tissue. The surgery went ok, but before that the surgeon was over a hour late (see a pattern about being late). After about 36-48 hours the alternate doc (not even the surgeon) came by to release her. After about a week at home she went in for check up and was told all is good. A week later went back her breasts and thigh tubes were taken out saying all good ( he never asked or looked at the paperwork to see how much fluid was coming out per 6 hours like he requested). A week later she had a follow up that the main surgeon could not show up for, his assistant looked and said there appears to be some irritation. Was told to apply neosporian to help with that. A week went by, till the follow up. During that appointment the main surgeon came in and out of the appointment(seemed pre occupied) he told his assistant to remove her tube with out asking how much fluid was draining per day (goal is 30ml a day). The better half was still at over 100ml a day. Fast forward 36 hours after removing the tube from her abdomen she is in the hospital with infections because there was no where for the excess fluid to go. The overall surgery is still pending

The plastic surgeons also have a wide assortment of fillers and injectables (IE: Botox and Juvederm). Becuase of the heat in Arizona, miradry is also a really cool procedure they offer to help eliminate excessive underarm sweat. I also read that one(possibly more) of the surgeons are featured as a Phoenix Top Doc.

I cannot put into words how Dr. Rozbeh Torabi saved my life. Even though I wasn't officially dying for nine years I though I my life was ending every morning I woke up. I searched for a surgeon to remove a mesh in my pelvic area place by prior surgeon (nine years ago). I search for several months and called several surgeons, and cried several times. Dr. Rozbeh Torabi took me in without questioning whether I was telling the truth about my pain levels and discomfort. I'm grateful I found Dr. Rozbeh Torabi because I no longer have pain throughout my entire body and I can finally breath without getting light headed. I no long have daily migraines and I can finally get my heart rate pasted 129bpm. Which means I'm losing weight just from being a person again. My brother waited over a week for a prior auto that was never submitted! They lied!They informed us they were going to submit a prior authorization to the insurance. After waiting a week of no call. We called the insurance to see what was taking so long. The insurance told us that it was never submitted. There is more to the story but I assure you it’s not nice. Point is I do not recommend this place at all. Glad we went somewhere else. And in less than a week we had 1 st dr app and surgery within the same week.

Currently waiting in their lobby now, they last minute changed my appointment from 5:45 to 4:15. Telling me how urgent I needed to be here at 4:15 or he will not see me today even though I made an appointment. 30 minutes later at almost 4:45 I’m still in the lobby waiting. They screwed up my appointment now for the 5th time. Never followed up for a scan I was supposed to get and then weeks later told me I’m scheduled for surgery. Not having any answers regarding the surgery. They messed the scheduling up for that three times now... not happy about any of this.

I’ve only been to Elite Plastic Surgery once for my initial consultation, but my first impressions are: the practice is very modern, and very clean — I liked it. The staff, at least those I dealt with, were very efficient and, most importantly nice. Especially the young woman that will be my contact person for any questions, concerns etc. I’m confident I’m in very capable hands. Although my consultation with my surgeon, Dr. Torobi, was short, we discussed what surgery and course of action was best for my situation. My impression of him is that he is very straightforward and very much a, here’s what we can do, if you’re on board with that, let’s get it done, and here are the next steps. I liked that VERY MUCH, and, at least my initial impression is that I’ve found the right doctor and I’m in pretty good hands. I hope I can write an after review and give them five stars.

They broke my sons nose in school. Took him in for his App. Everything went well. Needed to wait 3-5 days to receive news about when his surgery would be. They needed to do a prior authorization to the insurance. His app was on a Tuesday.the following Tuesday comes no call. I had Called Monday no response from the referral coordinator. Call a again on Tuesday and still no call back.Called the insurance and they tell me nothing has been submitted. Then later the office calls me and tells me his primary care Dr is the one that needs to do it. Why did they wait 1 WEEK!!!! To say this. Referral coordinator calls me later that afternoon and tells me to go to the ER in the am they will perform surgery on him to have them call Dr. Torabi. I go in . They call Dr and send me home with pain killers. My son has been with a broken nose for two weeks. They have no idea everything i have been going through to go to there office and go to the ER.
