My husband and I were visiting from Oregon and wanted to try Botox injections. I checked out reviews online and Dr. Parson’s office was rated very high, so I called and within an hour I had a call back and scheduled appt. for later in the week. This was my husbands first time with injections and I have had them in the past. I was so pleased with the education Char provided us both with on a number of questions we had on different procedures, that I scheduled additional appts. I would highly recommend this office based on the skilled technicians and friendly staff.

I know I made the right choice when I chose Dr. Parson to be my cosmetic surgeon. As a physician myself, I know how critical it is to choose the right doctor and I had 4 other surgical consults to make sure. I am only ~2 weeks out from a tummy tuck and lipo and am already so happy with the results. Dr. Parson is a perfectionist in the OR and really takes his time to ensure a beautiful result. He has great surgical technique and post op injections for pain which really limit pain post op and the need for narcotics. He cares about his patient's and follows his patient's closely post op, that was important to me. He answered any and all of my questions both pre and post op. He staff is knowledgeable and welcoming. If you are looking for a talented, caring surgeon who is with you all the way from pre to post op, then look no further. I certainly have no regrets and would do it all over again with Dr. Parson in a heartbeat!

Procedure: FemTouch I was on the fence about having the FemTouch procedure done, but decided to go in for a consultation anyways. First, Dr. Parson's office is beautifully decorated, and from the moment you walk in the door you are greaedt with smiling faces, and welcomed into the office. I met with Char. She gave me an overview of the FemTouch procedure and asked what my reasons for looking into the procedure were. I am in my mid 30's and have 2 children. One of the main reasons I thought I wasn't a good candidate for FemTouch was that I had both children via C-Section. However when I sneezed I would have a small amount of urine come out. I was frustrated because I thought that only happened to women who had had vaginal births. Char told me that this actually very common for women as they age regardless of the type of child delivery. She said it was a weakening of the pelvic floor and that FemTouch would be a great choice to help resolve this issue. She made me feel so much better to know that I wasn't the only one with this issue an that there was something that could be done to fix it! During my procedure Holly and Char worked together to make sure that I was comfortable not only physically (your legs sit in a "butterfly" position", but also emotionally. They both talked to me throughout the procedure telling me what they were doing and what was coming next. The procedure only took 7 mins and was not painful! I literally had zero pain. I've had the procedure done twice (4 weeks apart), and have my 3rd procedure scheduled. My results have been OUTSTANDING! After the 1st procedure I began to see results (no urine when sneezing) after about 3 days. I was shocked that it worked so quickly. The 1st procedure reduced the sneezing issue by about 85%. The other unexpected result is how happy my husband has been with the procedure. I didn't honestly think that he would be able to tell a difference when we had intercourse and to my surprise (and his) he said that is able to feel a MAJOR difference. The tightening of the vaginal walls was an added surprise as to why I wanted to have the procedure done in the first place, but my husband is very happy with the results! After the 2nd procedure my urine while sneezing is now less than 5% of the time! I would highly recommend FemTouch to anyone who is experiencing urine while sneezing, to help tighten the pelvic floor and vaginal walls.

I went to Dr. Parson's office for the FemTouch laser procedure. After having two children, I have suffered with vaginal dryness. I spoke with Char and Holly regarding the procedure. They were both very informative and professional in explaining that the procedure consisted of 3 treatments approximately 5 weeks apart, (internal and external laser treatment). I saw Holly for my first treatment and saw Char for the 2nd procedure. Both times, I felt very comfortable in my during the laser treatment. The treatment was very quick and painless. I have noticed a huge improvement after 2 treatments, my husband has noticed an improvement as well. I go back for my 3rd treatment in May. I would highly recommend the office and procedure!

It’s difficult enough to find a plastic surgeon that still specializes in breast reconstruction, let alone one who will agree to correct another plastic surgeon’s surgical ineptitude. I’d met with three other plastic surgeons, but right from the start I found Dr. Parson to be kind, compassionate, and a surgeon who thinks outside the box. Almost immediately, I no longer had any doubts or reservations. He listened to me and my concerns and together we worked out a plan to resolve my asymmetry, the flat spots, and the rippling that a previous surgeon had left me with. I was made to feel as though my needs were relevant and I was very much involved in my own revision surgery. I tried very hard not to have my expectations set too high, but as soon as the dressings came off, I was elated to see that I had ended up with AWESOME! Dr. Parson is a true master of breast reconstruction. Thanks to his superior surgical skills, I can stop hiding in the darkness and proudly step back into my own life. No more baggy clothes and scarves for camouflage. No more wincing when I look in the mirror. This is by far the best experience I’ve ever had with a surgeon of any kind. His staff was both professional and personable and helped to make this a pleasant experience. My results are outstanding, and I couldn’t be more pleased. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dr. Parson to anyone. So do yourself a favor and at the very least, schedule a consultation - you will never be sorry.

Upon hearing the dreaded "you have breast cancer" for the second time, I knew that this time reconstruction surgery was part of my future. Once again, I did my research and visited several surgeons. It was very clear from the moment I walked into Dr. Parson's door, met with his receptionist, and had our first consultation, that he was (and is) the obvious choice. He used the computer screens to discuss options, and made the commitment that we were in this journey together. He promised he wouldn't be satisfied with the outcome until I am. He made me feel confident, told me I rocked the chemo bald look, and held my hand when I needed it. I've had a few setbacks and delays for unrelated reasons, but he's totally flexible and always puts my needs first. I went in to get my under eye filler dissolved and my experience was amazing from start to finish! I was sooo turned off from procedures after having had such a bad experience. My journey with Dr Parson has been absolutely amazing, when I first considered getting a breast reduction I was completely terrified because I'm only 18 and there wasn't many other 18 year olds in the same shoes as I was. I had my first consult and I went in there totally scared out of my wits but Dr Parson and his wonderful staff made me feel like there wasn't any shame in what I was planning to do. I booked him right after the first consult. Surgery went amazing (he even saved the freckle I thought would get removed because it was right where the incision would be) and it was a very smooth, easy recovery. I love going to Dr. Parson's office for all of my skin care needs. Cindy does a great job on my facials and IPL procedures, tailoring the services to my specific skin needs. She is always friendly and makes me feel comfortable and taken care of every time I am there. Nancy is incredible with the injectibles. I have gone to various injection nurses over the years for both Botox and Juvederm where there were issues with results whether it had been too much put in, not enough, or put in areas that left undesirable results. When I started going to Nancy I was relieved to quickly find out that she knew just what to do and how for my face and Ive been happy with the results ever since over the last few years. While there are plenty of doctors offices much closer to my house that offer this service, these ladies are worth the drive to know my face is being cared for right!

I just came back from microblading with Char who addressed my concerns and was brutally honest-which is refreshing esp when it comes to ones aesthetics. I left feeling beautiful and refreshed. Earlier this week I had been the victim of cyber bullying and group stalking and bullying from my colleagues so needless to say, I wasn't feeling great about myself when I walked in (the bullying was not in regards to my looks). The first thing was being greeted by the beautiful receptionists. The decor was modern and inviting and there is a bar of delicious cucumber water, coffee and tea. The wait was not long. Char explained everything and answered my questions and and assured me. The procedure was not as long as I expected and Char placed my comfort in high regard. She also gave me an extra refresher so I would look my best. When she was done and I looked in mirror I was shocked by the change and how great I looked. It made the start of this crummy week better and I left feeling (and looking) like a new person. Of course it doesn't excuse bullying but it went a long way in making me feel better. I can't wait for my five week follow up and I reccommend this group for how friendly and great they are. Plus to find aestheticians who are honest and take pride in their work is a difficult find.

He is calm and patient with me as I ask for details and lay out my concerns. He then explains each point and makes sure I'm satisfied with the answer before moving on. Amazing! I had a full tummy tuck, explant, lift and fat transfer from lipo 10 weeks ago. Dr Parson has been fantastic every step of the way. My results are beautiful, he has been so kind, helpful, accessible and professional as have the staff. They've coached and comforted me all the way. I'd do this surgery 10 times over. Very few surgeons will do an explant without putting a new implant in. Not only did he do it, but he did it beautifully and I do t miss my implants at all. I highly recommend Dr Parson. I had a breast augmentation performed with bilateral incisions axillary vs under the breast and I have NO regrets. I’m 6 weeks post op and they look better everyday. His services were a little more expensive than other quotes I got but I felt like his overall results were WAY more natural looking.

My experience getting microblading was not the greatest. I was referred here by two friends who are happy with their results so this is just my experience. The staff and Char were extremely friendly. But Char didn't explain what she was doing when. I thought she would draw a shape on for me to approve but no such luck. I had to ask if she was about to start the blade process in order to brace myself. And it was way more painful than I expected. It was more expensive than any other place I was considering. I got my final procedure done last month and already looks like I need a touch up. I'm sorry to say I would not recommend getting microblading done here.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Parson! He is an extremely skilled and knowledgeable surgeon. I came to him in April of 2018 with a very specific request after years of being very ill, I knew what I wanted and within a few minutes of my consultation, I knew he was my choice! He listened to me, explained why he believed what I was going through was real and told me exactly what he would do to help me. My surgery was in June 2018, his work was exceptional and the follow up care has been first class, I know I can trust him to care for me throughout this entire process. I have been incredibly impressed with everyone in Dr. Parson's office. I called Dr. Parson's office out of desperation. I had a large gash above my left eye (I broke my sunglasses on my face) and wanted to minimize the scarring. For whatever reason, my first decision was to go to an Urgent Care. (I blame this on my post-accident haze.) The doctor actually glued my wound open (not shut) and the glue was thick in my brow hair. My pride would not let me live w/this result. So, I ended up taking off the glue myself (exactly what the doc told me not to do) and it was then that I spoke to Nicole from Dr. Parson's office. Everyone in Dr. Parson's office has been so kind and understanding. Dr. Parson generously fit me into his schedule as soon as he was able and once he saw me, the work was done expertly and efficiently. My wound line looks clean and actually lines up the way I had hoped it would be. Dr. Parson reassured me that my happiness with his work would be a priority and should I need anything, not to hesitate to call. FYI: I still have yet to return to get my stitches removed. I am so grateful for people who are good at what they do. I am confident that I will be pleased with my final result. Dr. Parson is an absolute GEM. I had been wanting a breast augmentation ever since I was 18 (I was just flat as a board) and was pretty nervous to pull the trigger because I did not want to look augmented, and I had never had plastic surgery and like a natural look. I went to a couple different doctors for different opinions, Dr. Parson was the last one I went to and the other doctors just didn't even compare to him! Him and his staff made me feel so comfortable and gave me real advice and suggestions. He emphasized that he had the same goal as I did, to make me proportionate, and prioritized achieving the natural appearance I wanted. Also, Melina, his assistant, is the absolute sweetest and I am so glad she and Dr. Parson were apart of this huge change in my life! Not only did I have a good consult and surgery, Dr. Parson checked on me the night after my surgery and was on call for me (as I'm sure he is for everyone) if I had any questions or concerns. I don't get nervous before surgeries but I was being such a spaz and having second thoughts about how big I was going and Dr. Parson immediately calmed me when he talked to me before I went into the OR. He truly cares and has a passion for helping you attain whatever it is you may want in order to improve your confidence and overall happiness. He is very different than any doctor I've ever been to because you can really tell he genuinely wants the best for you, which is so special! Dr Parson and Melina have answered every question and concern I have had either in person, on the phone or email . They even took time out of their weekend to email back about questions I had after my surgery. I have healed quite nicely and love the results . This man is by far the worst plastic surgeon in Arizona. This supposed plastic surgeon left me physically deformed. I would warn everyone to be very careful when selecting a surgeon as this one has caused a great deal of pain in my life.
