I had surgery on November 2, 2017. I had a tummy tuck (not sure of the surgical procedure name) and I'm telling you that my husband and myself are absolutely amazed by the flawless transformation of my body. Dr. Hess is the most amazing, kind, caring doctor I have seen. His bedside manner is amazingly comforting and his staff is just as fabulous. I recommend Dr Hess for any plastic surgery you may be considering on getting. I'm telling you that you will not be disappointed in his work. The reason I came to him was because of these Google reviews and I was NOT disappointed. He's probably the best plastic surgeon in Tucson. Super nice, very honest, very direct and highly skilled. If you get frustrated. Dont go here. Apperently inadequate staff confrontations with the customer ends up with further services being denied. So pretty much an unmaintained botched surgery. Thanks rich. Yeah rich. Because your in it for the money. And you deserve no respect. Messed with the wrong public entity.

I have been seen by Dr. Hess for carpal tunnel surgery, for a thumb surgery, and for an accidental partial finger loss. Each time I have seen him, both he and his staff made appointments enjoyable (he has a very easy going manner), clear, expedient, and professional. I followed up with hand physical therapy and there, I was told he was the best hand surgeon in Tucson! I am very happy he was my doctor and continue to find other satisfied patients of his in my everyday life.
