I am beyond pleased with the job done by Doctor Maxwell and my experience with her staff for my breast augmentation. After having 4 kids this was something I really wanted- and my anxiety and fears were very minimal with how comfortable they Made me feel- and I am incredibly happy with the results. Would recommend to anyone- I drove to her from the phx area and am so glad I did!

My surgery had complications. Over a year after initial work, Dr. Maxwell tried to correct a really bad job on my neck and chin. It's still not great. Wouldn't recommend.

I came to Dr. Maxwell to fix my breasts after a terrible experience with another Tucson surgeon. She and her staff were amazing. Dr. Maxwell was so considerate and understanding of the issues I was having, and was so detailed in what she would do to fix things. She gave me options, including things that could be done to save me money! I truly believe she looked at my body not just as a surgeon but as a woman and noticed the details that we women pick at. I never felt rushed, brushed off, or pressured in any way. I left my appointments and surgery with a hug from her, and felt like it was an old friend I could trust that was taking care of me. I would recommend her a thousand times, and will return to her for anything else cosmetic.

The partial eyebrow lift I received a few years ago has left horrible, visible scarring on my forehead and I have to have bangs all the time now to cover them up. My entire forehead and scalp are 50% numb and a constant reminder to me of this mistake I made. The office staff neglected to remove stitches on my eyelids and they grew in for 3 weeks before dr maxwell finally saw me and looked closely as I complained of continued swelling and pain. She suggested this surgery because my right eyelid in particular was starting to droop and interfere with my vision. It still does and the eyebrows are not the same level either. She was supposed to remove a calcium nodule on my scalp on my forehead but did not even do that. I saw another surgeon recently to ask about the possibility of correction but he just shook his head and said he wouldn’t try. In the office she was not empathetic with me after the surgery and just kept telling me it would get better with healing, but in 3 years or more it has not.
