Dr. Kelly is the nicest guy, and he's a great doctor. I saw him for the removal of a cyst on my shoulder. He took it out in the office, and then the fun began...turns out I was allergic to the internal sutures, and after the incision appeared to be fully healed, months later the internal sutures began coming out through the scar, pushing it open again and leaving an ugly, deformed-looking scar. This happened long after the original surgery, but he offered to re-do the incision so it was more even, transforming an ugly gash-looking scar into a beautiful, straight, narrow line that was hardly noticeable. This time, he changed the suture type and material, made fewer, smaller stitches, everything he could to avoid the issues of the previous procedure and my allergy to that type of internal suture. But nope! Once again, my body decided to reject the sutures. Dr. Kelly painstakingly went back in, removed as many internal sutures as he could so they wouldn't cause me pain or infection, advised us on wound care, and went above and beyond to fix the scar and make sure I didn't suffer pain. He's a cosmetic surgeon, so I expected some kind of annoyance or ego about how my body kept turning his beautiful handiwork into gross scars, but we got none of that from Dr. Kelly whatsoever....his main concern was my comfort and well-being as a patient, which in my experience is unusual and so appreciated. He even gave me his cell phone number and told me to text him if I had any additional problems and continuously checked up on me. He and his office staff are compassionate, friendly, knowledgeable, kind, and they go the extra mile. We love Dr. Kelly!!

Dr. Kelly at Center for Dermatology had the best surgical care I have ever experienced! There was an incident on New Years Day and I unfortunately needed my lip repaired as soon as possible. Dr. Kelly came and opened the office for me, on a holiday! I am not an easy patient and was incredibly upset, but Dr. Kelly kept me calm through the whole procedure. He is impressively gentle and also very thorough. After just 2 weeks my lips looks amazing! I was very lucky he was available and am beyond grateful!

I have had Botox done 3 or 4 times now by different doctors. And I can Honestly say there is a huge difference when a plastic surgeon places Botox. Dr. Kelly took the time to mark the areas before hand and even asked how much movement I wanted to see in the areas where he was placing Botox. It looks SUPER natural. I really can't say enough good things about Dr. David Kelly. He went above and beyond over the Christmas holiday to treat a trauma injury to my forehead. (Just a little reminder here... turn the ceiling fan off before you try to fix it.) We first visited the ER which was busier than we'd ever seen it. My father suggested Dr. Kelly who made room in his schedule to fit me in. He was so kind and did an amazing job. His personality is gracious and attentive and as a doctor he was experienced and professional. I mean, there really is no comparison for the level of care I recieved. Not only did I avoid the 5+ hour ER experience, but my forehead was stitched up by a top-notch plastic surgeon instead of a PA or ER doc. He put in 2 stitches beneath the skin and then 5 more on top to close it up. It was a piece of cake for Dr. Kelly, but it meant the world to me. I mean, no one wants a big scar on their face. I'm happy to report the injury is almost healed and I don't even think there will be a scar. Also, I have to mention that the office is beautiful and the staff gracious and friendly. Thank you Dr. Kelly!
