Had my first visit with Dr. Moenster on MON 6/5/17. We reviewed my health problems and the options available. She talks quickly-- definitely more of a morning person than am I-- but she paused, sat quietly and without fidgeting, and asked a couple times if I had any questions. That gave my brain time to catch up. Naturally, though, it went blank. She said I can come back as many times as need be w/o additional charge if I have any concerns or questions. Dr. Weyer did a wonderful job on my excision in a delicate area - good numbing kept the procedure quite painless. Thanks to all the fine support staff. I definitely recommend using the services of DPSoA, in particular for the Mohs surgery with skin graft I had done. One comment, it would be helpful if the clinic sold after procedure wound care kits. Could be done at a reasonable profit to the clinic and a huge convenience to the patient.

My son was seen by Dr. Weyer for removal of an accessory tragus by his ear, a very simple procedure. Everything leading up to the actual procedure was pleasant. The staff was friendly, the appointments ran on time and the office was clean. My son is a strong willed 5 year old scared of needles, so he was terrified knowing he was going to be cut. During the procedure my son, despite our efforts, was crying and moving. Dr. Weyer thought it was appropriate to rudely say “And this is why I like kids to be put to sleep.” Even though he never presented that as an option. Then he stated “Oh my God I’m not even touching you” while my son continues to cry. At that point my husband had to walk out of the room. Not once did Dr. Weyer offer any kind of assurance or sympathy. Dr. Weyer continued to make inappropriate facial expressions while my son cried. He did not inform us nor his staff when he was done with the procedure leaving us still holding my son and trying to soothe him until his nurse asked if he was done. He did not offer an apology for his comments and left the room as quickly as possible. Something I thought was going to be simple and pleasant turned into a disaster. I would suggest NOT taking your children to this poor excuse of a doctor.

I appreciated that she took the time to know for herself and to make sure I was well informed. Something a lot of Dr's offices are lacking. Most places seem to want to keep you in the dark. This was clearly not the way they did business here.

I've had skin cancer since I was 19, so I've seen my fair share of dermatologists. Due to my husband's career I've lived many places and have had to find a new doctor every few years. This practice is my favorite of all the ones I have been to. Dr. Jamie is a sweet heart and does excellent work. (I enjoy her aesthetic work very much as well!) Her husband has the touch. He's removed a mole off my eyelid and obviously this was a delicate area. So tiny and lots of room for things to go poorly. He did a perfect job. You can't even see where it was. Super steady hands. He is more matter of fact than Dr Muenster, but still personable and they are both quite skilled at what they do. I had a skin cancer right under my eye and about six months later you can't even tell. The office staff is friendly and efficient. This is NOT a stuffy plastic surgery office. Professional, but homey. I can't say enough nice things about this practice. Enjoy!

As an out of stater, thank God for the computer to find your location. I was nervous as an 80 year old to meet a new doctor, but once I walked into the office the the office help was so positive even though it took me one hell of a long time to fill out all the papers. Once I learned the Dr was in his 40's I felt more relaxed. Got into the Dr's office right on time and the nurse was supper. Then the awesome super doctor in training came in and I knew that I was going to be in good hands. Good looking guy from HI. Then the super big young man came in and he was so cool and made me feel so relax. I am talking about Dr. Chris. His father was a military man and a dermatologist for the military and Dr Chis followed his father's foot steps. I was sold. Then I learn he was a jock and a hunter. He set me up on medication, suggestions and he cut a pre cancer off my belly. I sure hope that my itch ends soon and if it does not I have an appointment scheduled in Sierra Vista for Feb.12 at 1:30 pm 2018 and he will hear about it from me. I am sure that he "walks his talk." I also hope to visit with him at the Quail Forever Banquet Feb 3, 2018 at the Soniota Co Fairgrounds. Thanks Dr Chris........My Best.....Ron Walp

A couple years ago when I was in college, I had the misfortune of visiting this place for acne scarring. I have a TCH spot treatment to break up ice pick scarring. She used a cotton swab to apply the acid that left four huge dents in my forehead and temples. People ask how I got them, and I am embarrassed to explain. Be careful of who you allow to touch your face, as scares are forever;(
