I had two procedures done three/four years ago. First was a tummy tuck which turned out tight and looking good. The scar across my midsection was faded within a year, and its position is perfectly aligned with panty line, so all is good. Still numb to this day. Next procedure was a "weekend" facelift. End results were good, but don't be fooled by thinking it is an easy recovery. I'm 61, and need to get my eyes worked on now. Frankly, I'm not looking forward to it.

I was looking for a plastic surgery for about 6 months finally I found dr. Kotoske. Then i made a appointment for my consultation. My consultation was awesome he explained everything that I can do to make my figure the way and I needed to be he was gentle he was kind he did not make feel uncomfortable at all. At any of the appointments that I had with him their stuff is really friendly they're really down-to-earth. His office is marvelous it's nice and clean and tidy and makes you feel comfortable and makes you feel safe even when in my PJs and I do not feel uncomfortable at all whatsoever. After my tummy tuck was done I had to call them to make an emergency appointment and right away they see me without any questions asked or anything like that so ladies and gentlemen if you guys are looking for the best plastic surgeon in the Phoenix area this is the person to go to his awesome he is great and his work is phenomenal and I'm sure going to keep him for my past surgery because I'm planning to do another procedure and this is definitely what I'm going to go back to thank you guys for the great experience and making me feel great about myself

First let me just say dr. Kotoske is such a nice guy, defiantly made me feel comfortable at my first appointment with him. Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with Dr. Kotoske. I had been to quite a few consultations for a breast augmentation with other surgeons. I had two kids so my breast had lots of excess skin. I was actually referred to his office by a family member who also had a breast augmentation by him. Dr. Kotoske had the best price by a long shot. After a few months of searching I finally decided to schedule my surgery with him. I had been saving up for this surgery for a long time, so I wanted to get in as soon as possible. Dr. Kotoske told me I would not need a lift or the extra skin removed, that he would just put in a little bigger of an implant and it will give me “amanzing” results. Every other surgeon I saw told me I would have to have a lift or the skin removed or if not that I would just she’s two heavy implants that hang. So I finally get my surgery and everything goes well, so I thought. A few days post op my right breast completely swelled up, I’m talking about 2 sizes bigger then my other, not to mention Iwas in the worst pain ever, my whole entire chest and stomach was black and blue, I figured this was normal but I was still in so much more pain in my right breast because of how large it was I gave his office a call, they told me to come in the next morning to look at it, he said everything was fine and rewrapped me back up for a few more days. About another week goes by and my left breast is still way larger then the other. Now randomly my left breast starts draining a very dark blood color from my Incision, and it’s not just barely draining, it was bleeding so bad I couldn’t even wear a bra, it bled through everything, I literally had a full size towel in my shirt that was completely covered in blood within a few hours, so by that time I go to the hospital to make sure there’s no infection and everything was ok, they gave me pain meds and said there was no infection but I still needed to see you dr. Kotoske soon, which I did and he said everything was ok that all the fluid that made my breast so large had to come out some how.understandable. A week or so later it finally stops. So I have my 3 month post op appointment and by this time by breast aren’t looking to good, they look like they are just hanging, I had no clesvsge no matter what bra I wore and you could literally see the implant and then where I had lose skin just hanging underneath. The doctor prescribes me a medication for 6 months that’s supposed to “tighten “ things up. So 3 months later I go in for my 6th month post op appointment and by this time my breast really just look horrible; to be honest I’m so embarrassed by them it’s heart breaking. Dr. Kotoske tells me that I have something that only happens in 1% of his patients and that a second surgery is required. When I hear this I’m already in tears cause I knew I wouldn’t be able to afford a second surgery. He says there is 2 options, getting the extra skin removed (the more expensive way) or getting a larger taller implant (the cheaper way) so I say the larger implant. He told me his girls in his office will take care of me and give me a good price and they will call me back later that day. I didn’t hear anything back for a few days and I had already called a few times asking if they were going to call me. A week later I get an email with the pricing. The price was just a little more expensive then the first surgery. I just didn’t understand why the second surgery, that he said is required would cost as much as the first one, when I felt like this is something he could have prevented. I called the office to talk to someone in finance but I never got a call back. Since then I had seen a few different surgeons about fixing it, just to get some pricing in mind. the cost would now be way more then if I would have just gone somewhere else in the first place. I didn’t have the best experience here and I wish it was different. I absolutely hate the way my breast look.

1/10/2010 had nose job with dr. Kotoske. It's been 7 years and I wanna cry every time I look in the mirror I hate taking photos because of my ugly nose, I had wide nose when I went in and asked him to make it look natural and alot smaller, I still have 2 stitches " the dr. I see now to fix my nose showed me where is the stitches". My left nozzle has collapsed, so my nozzles one is bigger then the other. The tip of my nose is huge. Anyway I had horrible experience and after 7 years I finally found the right dr. In Beverly Hills, hes not cheep but his work is amazing..... I wish I can show photos here P.s. do your search before u decid who to go with

I STILL have 1 boob bigger than the other and it STILL lays lower than the other. Dr. Kotoski made 1 larger then the other, when they were exact same size before he started. I referred his office to many of my friends and now I regret doing so. Thanks but not referring anymore! And he won't fix his mistake without a cost to the patient. Do your research

DO NOT HAVE YOUR FACE WORKED ON BY DR. KOTOSKE! He messed my FACE up! I'm scarred for life! Promised to fix it but never did. Check out other review websites & talk to people who have had surgery here. I would not recommend this doctor. He has a great bedside manner which leads to a false sense of security. 8/13/2018 I wrote my review 2 months ago and it has taken Dr. Kotoske's office that long to respond. This is an example of his entire office staff since he had to "clean house". I can assure you, I was a patient there and he did scar my face for life. I am certainly not writing fiction. He did multiple revisions and made it worse. The fact that the office states "he does revisions" does not make it sound very comforting. I should have sued him but he kept reassuring me that he could correct it. And yes he will keep you on a string & waste your time on return visits & waiting in his office sometimes over an hour past your appointment time. I have no reason to write a review on a doctor without cause. See other reviews, talk to people with various experiences and make your own determination, just know you have been warned! Check out all the 1 & 2 star reviews! Notice when they get a low rating, 3 5 stars go up immediately at the same time to counteract!

He did a terrible job. He promised me that if I didn't like my results he would redo it. After I complained for months. He blamed my body for not healing and he didn't redo the surgery. Please so anywhere else. This guy shouldn't be a surgeon. He's a scammer. He will use your insecurities against you. And he will avoid you at all costs. I called and scheduled an appointment. He didn't schedule until 6 months later and when I was on my way there his office called me and cancelled my appointment. They never called me back to reschedule. He shouldn't practice as a doctor.

The operation at Body by Kotoske is a complete joke. From start to finish it has been a horrible experience and I do not see one shred of how anyone could leave a positive review at this center. Surgery was scheduled for a Monday, and because the employees here were not doing their job and did not get the correct paperwork from all sources needed surgery was rescheduled for Tuesday at 7 am. The doctor was over 2 hours late for surgery with not an explanation or apologies. The initial post op appointment resulted in a large layer of skin being ripped off from the dressings, an extra pain and added stress that was unneeded due to carelessness. The week postoperative appointment was also a nightmare. Appointment scheduled for 9 am and again over 2 hours with no explanation other than the doctor is still in surgery. I would never recommend anyone waste their money here. For the amount of money spent, it is not worth it to deal with this level of unprofessionalism. Find a good doctor that values your time as well as a good surgery experience.

I had a mini tummy and lipo of the abdomen and flanks, paid 10k. I had to pay extra for a post surgical garments they didn't have in my size (xxs), which I had already paid for prior to my surgery. If Dr. K was as experienced as he says he would've predicted the size I needed post surgery. Instead I had to pay extra. I also had to go to another physician after I healed do to his errors. I had uneven lumps in my flanks an back. I also had to wait over 30-50 mins in each of my follow up appointments. It was ridiculous. I would go else where.

I saw Dr. Kotoske many years ago. He advertised himself as an Ear, Nose, &Throat Doctor. His credentials seemed real, so I went ahead to have my deviated septum repaired. I never hurt so bad. I called his office, asking for more pain medication, and he wrote in my chart, that I was a DRUG SEEKER! He began to get hostile with me, and speak to me harshly. Whe he pulled out the the packing, and pulled too hard and fast, causing my nose to bleed. He cauterized it, and I now I have a hole in my septum. He lied to me saying I wouldn't notice the packing, refused to take the packing out the packing just before is 3 day weekend, causing me to have my nose packed for 11 days! I was in so much pain I couldn't stand. My PCP told me Kotoske was barbaric. I would NEVER consider him if looking for an ENT. After the way he treated me personally, calling me a DRUG SEEKER, I was done. Do your homework.
