I was warmly greeted by Rachel when I arrived at the clinic. She was very kind, helpful and professional. Upon meeting Dr. Dean, I was even more impressed. Very friendly, upfront and no nonsense approach, which I greatly appreciated. Most importantly, there was no "body shaming" that occurred. During my Coolsculpting treatment, both Dr.Dean and Rachel checked on me numerous times to make sure I was doing ok. I would recommend to anyone considering anything associated with Coolsculpting to consider Dr. Dean and this clinic.
