Very kind office staff and Taylor went above and beyond. The facials are fantastic. I had Exillis done right at a year ago. My stonach felt tighter for a couple of months but even after losing ten pounds in the last month I aee no difference in my stomach. Bottom line Exillis does not work. However the office staff is very professional. I did not ever get my before and after comparisons though.

My experience with Plastic Surgery Associates has been absolutely horrible. I had a rhinoplasty done over 6 months ago. And I am learning that I done an injustice. My nose after surgery looked like it had been butchered inside and outside. From other patients who have had surgery of this nature, I have learned that their physician's office staff took time to clean their nose and rid the nose of the dried blood because of the sensitivity and nature. This was not done for me. My cuts were not in line. I was cut on skin instead of along the clean lines of the nostril. My nose inside looks like he was drunk when he did my surgery. The outcome was not what I expected at all. He did not make my nose look natural at all. I am actually wondering what was Dr. Bentley thinking when he was doing the work. My finished product looked nothing like the image that l was given. The lady Kristin who answers the phone can be very rude and abrasive. I came to appointments and had to wait excessively. I am so upset and hurt. And the problem is that it cannot be undone.

Dr. Robertson is fantastic! My wife got bit by a jack russell terrier on the lip and he was the plastic surgeon working at the ER that night. The ER doctor recommended plastic surgery (as opposed to regular stitches) and we took her advice and are so glad we got Dr. Robertson. The dog bite was a really traumatic experience but Dr. Robertson was so calm and collected from start to finish. He was constantly explaining the procedure and what he was about to do, which my wife said was comforting and reassuring. He is professional and has a very confident demeanor. I highly recommend him.

I scheduled an appointment days in advance ask for the price of my chemical peel. I was given a Hydra Facial instead. When I checked out my bill was more than what she originally quoted me over the phone. When the lady finished my facial she didn’t even turn the light back on and she left the blue hair net on my head. I gave them two stars because they were there on time and they were friendly but they were clueless and lost on the business side of things. ( I am still wondering why she didn’t turn the light on and left the blue hair net on my head) I will not be going back. This was my first facial. I hate I was quoted one price but charged more at check out.
