They were not 100% truthful about what was going to happen during my TMJ procedure. Their "deep sedation" is a joke. I felt everything and cried throughout the entire procedure. They don't let you get fully awake either before shoving you in a wheelchair and expect you to leave. I expected much better from somone who came so highly recommended.

I called to schedule my daughter’s wisdom teeth removal and asked if they could do removal and consult on the same day. The woman told me they could call and get X-ray and referral from her dentist and that wouldn’t be a problem. Fast forward to today, day of appointment, my daughter called to see if she could eat beforehand and was informed by Nicole they wouldn’t be doing the extractions today. She took off work and schedules have been made. That time and pay is lost along with when she has to take off again for actual surgery. People in that office need to communicate and figure out what is and isn’t possible. Nicole’s nonchalant attitude about my daughter’s lost pay, pain, and wrong communication on their part is completely unprofessional.

I went in just this morning for wisdom tooth removal. The staff was excellent in every way. I was in and out quickly and surprisingly I am in no pain at all. From the time I arrived to the time I left my needs were met with extraordinary urgency and professionalism that would have exceeded even the highest expectations. I am going to Dr. Mclain after 2 different implants failed. I was extremely apprehensive about getting it done for the 3rd time but after talking with Dr. Mclain, I have became less fearful and my surgery is in about a month. I can’t believe I am saying this but I am less fearful than I have ever been knowing that I will be having surgery soon. Dr. Mclain is very compassionate and his entire staff is awesome. I have never experienced this kind and compassion and kindness ever before. I know my surgery is going to go well and I just wished Dr. Mclain and his entire staff knew how much that means to me after being physically abused by a dentist. I trust Dr. Mclain 100%, and I have never ever felt like this in my entire child and adult life. Thank you Dr. Mclain and staff!! You are the best!!!!!

I was supposed to have my wisdom teeth removed with a different dentist and unfortunately that appointment had to be cancelled at the last minute due to some unforeseen circumstances explain I had already taken the time off from to get it done and had been too wait over a month to get approval from job and they were nice enough to get me in the same day I called and get me in for surgery the next day. They were so nice understanding and very professional. I will recommend them to anyone who ask me for an oral surgeon. Thank you so much for getting me in. I really do appreciate it.

I just had implant surgery four days ago with Dr. McLain. Everyone was telling me it was a very unpleasant procedure, but they were wrong in this case!. The doctor made me wait an extra five minutes on the anesthesia to make doubly sure I was completely numb, which I appreciated. Basically, he didn't try to rush this at my expense. And, I felt zero pain, not even any discomfort at all! Even my stitches (which will dissolve) haven't bothered me. My husband drove me home, but I could have driven myself, since I didn't even have the expected bleeding. The anesthesia just barely started wearing off after I'd already taken my first prescription for pain medication, and so I never suffered at all. When I woke up the next morning, I was prepared to take more pain medication, but I realized I didn't need it and never took any more. What a pleasant surprise. Dr. McLain personally called me the same evening to find out if I was doing okay. Also, the actual wound was closed up so neatly, you could barely even see it. Maybe that's because the doctor is also a cosmetic surgeon. After this experience, I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Mclain to anyone. Quick, and painless, and NO complications.

A family member had a procedure done recently. The process was smooth. Check-in was efficient and they were taken right to the back. The procedure was done quickly and went very well. Good follow instructions were provided and Dr. McClain even called us that evening to check-in to see how the recovery was coming along. Overall, we were very satisfied with the care we received.

Dr. McLain and his staff are amazing! I had been through the ringer searching for an oral surgeon, trying to find one that would actually treat me like a person rather than just another case, one that actually cared about helping me deal with the insurance company, as well as come up with proper treatment for my unique case. Dr. McLain was the 4th surgeon I had been to and initially I just went to him for a second opinion but after meeting him and his amazing staff I made the choice to switch surgeons and I'm so glad I did! I underwent corrective jaw surgery and I couldn't be happier with the results. Dr. McLain is very talented and has an eye for aesthetics. AMAZING wisdom teeth experience! Was terrified and have constantly put if off for years, the doctor and staff took all my concerns and questions very seriously and worked hard to make sure I had the answers to every silly question I asked. Which made me as comfortable as possible. Me and my brother got it done the same morning and were in and out in no time. I had zero pain afterwards, so much that I didn't even require the medication. I highly suggest this doctor because the atmosphere and friendly staff put you at ease. This extraction experience was easier and more pain free then some of my cleanings! Thanks again, wish I had done it sooner.

Dr. McLain and his staff are beyond WONDERFUL! Due to my wisdom teeth becoming very painful as well as a few other issues, I was able to get in and have them removed within a matter of two to three hours from first calling them. I had called several places who weren't going to be able to do same day surgery but they managed to get me in as fast as they could. They were all very friendly, very informative and very quick in dealing with my pain. I would recommend them to absolutely anyone who needed this type of surgery done, and more!

Don't normally give a perfect 5 of 5 score, but Dr. McLain was exceptional. My daughter had 2 wisdom teeth removed which took less than 20 minutes. At 7pm that night, Dr. McLain called to check on her then gave us his cell phone number and told us to call if there were any problems.

Dr. McLain and his staff are patient with their patients! They answered all my questions about my procedure, which was a tooth extraction. I was very nervous because this was a permanent tooth. Tooth was removed with NO pain and very minimal pain thereafter, really only a little discomfort. I credit Dr. McLain for his skill. Nothing like having a skilled doctor. While there, I discovered Dr. McLain is also a plastic surgeon. At age 55, I can use some help but was always uneasy with finding a good doctor that wouldn't do more harm than good. I'm not sure I want to have anything done, but I now know who I'd go to.

highly recommend them for wisdom teeth removal!! i was in and out in about half an hour and my soreness levels have been very low. they were extremely efficient and professional! i hate waiting at the doctor's office and i certainly didn't have to do that here. if i had to get my wisdom teeth removed again, i'd come back here

I was pretty much sold on Dr. McLain when a friend recommended him to me. Then I called to set up my consultation and that was all it took. Finally got to meet Dr. McLain and his staff and WOW!! Each and every person in that office is there to help you make the right decision and to make sure you are well taken care of. They treated me like family. We discussed a breast lift with augmentation. We were going to do it in one surgery. Upon further study, Dr. McLain decided to do it in two surgeries instead because he felt like I would get better results and the healing process would be much easier on me. I am 2 weeks in to the first surgery and I look and feel amazing. I have no reservations about the second surgery at all. Dr. McLain and the staff at McLain Surgical Arts are just the best. Call them if you don't believe me. If you get to talk to Becky or Melissa you will totally agree with me.

Dr. Mclain is great! My extractions were done expertly and it was over in less than 10 minutes. Staff is wonderful! Having trismus, I wasn't at all certain the nitrous oxide would work. It worked like a charm. Nice group of professionals.

I am so pleased with my visit. I scheduled a consultation but called today to see if I could come earlier. Sweeeeet Nicole placed me on a cancellation list and ended up getting me in. From the moment I walked through the door I knew I had chosen the right place for my first (and all, moving forward) lip fillers. Taylor took AMAZING care of me and was personable, friendly and made me feel at ease. Dr. McLain listed to me and did better than I even hoped for. I felt almost zero pain during the injection. I felt one tiny sting but it was mostly painless. I went straight back to work feeling great. Highly recommend!
