It took them 7 months to get my file to the insurance company and once they did, it lacked test results and photos. So of course it was denied. During this 7 months I repeatedly got the run around from their office with half truths and false promises. I have since learned from a lot of women in this town, They have too many cash paying customers to deal with us low life insurance users. Since, I have gone to another office which felt more comfortable and everything worked much faster and surprise!! My claim went through without question. Its still going to cost me 5 k for cosmetic electives not covered by insurance but DY & A won't be getting my money, EVER.

Dunagan preformed what was supposed to be a simple Botox procedure turned into a nightmare. Botched and huge hematoma. Made a terrible mistake on going here.

The staff was very nice, but I went in for botox and have gone twice but it did not work and I spent 266 dollars for nothing.. makes me wonder if they are injecting saline instead of botox :-( very upsetting. I was there a month ago for my last visit and I still have frown lines and can still move the muscles between my eyes.. has this ever happened to anyone else? Can your body just reject the botox and it doesn't work all together ?

Dr. Allison did my breast reduction surgery back in 2008 and I am very pleased with the results. He did a great job and I am much more proportionate now. I am still the same size and very happy I had this done. Highly recommend him for a bilateral breast reduction if you are thinking of having it done. 8 years later and my scarring looks great!

I had a fantastic experience here! I chose Dr. Yates to do my breast aug. Since having 3 kids and loosing all of what I once had, I was ready to get my groove back. Dr. Yates is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. He has a very pleasant demeanor, every time I saw him. The office staff are all pleasant and it is very well run. They don’t seem to overbook because he was always very much on time for my appointments. I love that they include all office visits in your overall price. No matter how many concerns you have or visits you need they accommodate you. They have their own surgical facility so no hospital stays- that was a huge perk for me. They use a machine to help you choose your size and prints pictures to help you see what the results will look like. Mine turned out even better then the pictures! I wanted natural, very close to what I had, no statement needed and that’s exactly what Dr. Yates gave me. They also hold conferences and seminars if you want to just dip your toe in the water. Give them a call, you won’t regret it!

Dr. Allison and his staff are very professional, courteous, knowledgable, and pleasant. I had a lower body lift with breast lift & implants, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. With each office visit, his nurses answered all my questions, eased any fears, and offered helpful tips & instruction. Everybody in this practice is super-nice & friendly, while still being highly professional. I can't say enough nice things about Dr. Allison & his staff. I loved Dr. ALLISON, but his staff is horrible! I never made it to surgery because of his staff, I got so sick of the unreturned phone calls, mishaps with my paperwork over and over so I called my Doctor and asked for a different referral. My sister had the same problems, we had planned to get ours done together and then take our recovery to a beach in Cozamel. Since then we both learned this is an ongoing problem with them. Dr. ALLISON, If I were you I'd skip Christmas bonus this year.

Due to a mastectomy 15 years ago my implant needed to be replaced. I was recommended to Dr Alison. During visit, Dr Alison insisted I should get a bigger cup size but, I told him I wanted to stay the same size. After surgery I noticed how big I was on the side he completed plastic surgery and was told it was swelling. A week or so later I realized Dr Alison had lied and my breast was a lot bigger on that side plus, the implant was so heavy I could not go without some support to hold me up. After complaining for months he finally agreed to replace breast implant. I was not expecting to be perfect. Although, he inserted a little smaller implant it is still noticeable bigger and that breast lays on my chest.with my nipple pointing down. Needless to say, my nipples are pointing in different direction. The tattooing was terrible, the nipple tattooed is a not even near the color of my other nipple...it is waaay too dark. I've spent a lot a money buying different sizes & brand of bras, Its hard for me to find one that fits. During some of my visits Dr Alison left his bedside manners elsewhere. Never again will I make same mistake

I had eye lift or blepharoplasty, on October 1, 2019. I was so nervous about this procedure, but the staff and Dr. Yates were just the best. The surgery, recovery and results were even better than I expected. I am so very pleased and you can not even see where the stitches were, and I had no pain at all, I do recommend using the Tucks pads and the Ice pack, they said 48 hours I used it for 3 or 4 days and even went to sleep with it a few times, I loved the cool feeling . I LOVE the results from my Mommy Makeover! Dr. Yates is one of my very favorite doctors of any and all specialties. He has such a pleasant disposition and makes you feel so comfortable discussing your flaws and how to correct them. He instantly puts you at ease and gives you confidence that you can look great again. But the real magic is in the results. I've heard that his nurses call him an artist and I am living proof. My pregnancies and breastfeeding wreaked havoc on my torso. I'm almost 40 and now my body looks like it did when I was 18! I could not be more pleased. If you are having hesitations, have no fear. You will love the results and only wish you had done it sooner. Dr. Yates is worth every penny, and his nurses are really great too! I always leave with a smile on my face.
