THE STAFF WAS GREAT. THEY WERE ACCOMMODATING AND VERY UNDERSTANDING. THEY WERE SENSITIVE TO MY CONCERNS AND WERE VERY COMFORTING AND MADE ME FEEL SO AT EASE. Very friendly and informative. :) I was shown a photo of what my nose was to look like before surgery (photos were taken and photo editing software was used to predict its appearance) which made me feel much better about having the procedure done. Had a check up a week later and a month later and will have a few more in a couple of months to a year.

My experience with Dr. Rousso and staff has been all positive. From the beginning they worked me in super quickly! I made an appointment, and was in for my surgery within two weeks. I urge patients not to be frustrated by wait times. There are days your visit will be very quick, an other times you will wait. The wait just means he is in a procedure (one can not always control surrgical length) or he is spending ample time with another patient. You will get the same courtesy. All staff members have been top notch in their skill and customer service. Dr Rousso made my nose look completely natural again after a previous surgeon did NOT. I highly recommend a surgeon such as Dr Rousso if you plan on a rhinoplasty. You want someone that does facial work and not body work. I also want to add that he recommends an overnight stay at a hotel so you can be checked by his protege in the evening. I was not happy about this at first, but I promise it is well worth it in the end. Im so glad I stayed and Dr Richards was able to check my progress. I also appreciated the help from the sitter. Dr Rousso and staff have a very together and smooth running operation with great results.

I was with my daughter at a modeling event when I met a lady with her grand-daughter. I could not believe she was old enough to have a 'grand-daughter'' She said she had interviewed doctors from all over the mid-south and had found Dr. Rousso to be the best. I must say after having used him twice now that I WOULD NOT ALLOW ANY PLASTIC SURGEON BUT DR. ROUSSO TO TOUCH MY FACE. Not only is Dr. Rousso an excellent surgeon but he is in tune with working with the patient to achieve the desired result.
