The therapists and staff are all very professional and accommodating. They stayed focused on my rehabilitation after having shoulder surgery. Together they got me back to the strength and ability it took to get me back to work. I have a very physically demanding job and am happy to say, I’ve returned to work at the level I was prior to my injury. Hooray!! The therapists got me into an intense work conditioning therapy that not only got me physically ready but also mentally ready to return to my normal job duties. My orthopedic surgeon was very happy with the results and a little surprised at my strength recovery. I have been back to work for almost 2 weeks and am happy to report I’m having no difficulty.

Getting in for appointments was never an issue. I worked with Matt, Heidi, Melissa and Kyle(chronological order) and was always treated well. They all had different ways of doing things, but also communicated with each other as far as what was needed, shared a common goal and worked together. While I was there, each of them came up with different exercises, or stretches tailored to my situation and job. I was always well informed of why we were doing certain things. Top notch service. I really appreciate all the time they spent with me. I felt like part of the family.

Better have good insurance. $222 for initial PT evaluation. $40 for 10 minutes with a hot pack. $200 for therapeutic excercises. $160 for 20 minute neck massage. Yikes! $740 for my first visit. Sure, my insurance discount cut the cost by 2/3 but the billing statement is unbelievable. I had better success with a nearby chiropractor who charges $25 per visit.

I am totally pleased with the Therapists and my recovery. They are knowledgeable yet personable. Each Therapist tailors your therapy to your specific needs. I recovered much quicker than even the Surgeon had anticipated! I am 100% pleased. I would recommend this facility to anyone who is in need of therapy.

I just completed my physical therapy program with Kyle earlier than I believe he (or I)expected. Excellent knowledge and explanation of my condition from beginning to going forward. I walked out with 95% less pain and a program to maintain and get stronger at home. The staff is cheerful and all work together. Very completely satisfied.

I have been going to Athletico off & on for the last 11 years for different problems. Melissa & Heidi, along with the aids, are all very knowledgeable! If you have any questions or concerns, they have the answers. They can also prepare you with the knowledge to help going forward after you're done with the sessions. I would recommend the Athletico staff in Waterford anytime.

Great place for PT. I was introduced to a staff of professionals that both welcome you and explain everything so you can understand. I was able to follow all exercises they had for me. I was able to complete my therapy in a couple weeks and I feel great. Thank you Kyle for being there for me while I got back to my softball playing days. Once again Great place!!!!!
