I’ve never encountered a more exceptional group of people in a medical environment, ever! They genuinely care about the individuals they treat as much as they care about the injuries they’re treating. Even through more painful moments during my therapy, I always left in good spirits, thanks to the upbeat and positive atmosphere they provide for their patients. They were more than accommodating when I had to bring my kid along for a few sessions. I can’t recommend them to enough people. Thanks Red Canyon for the fantastic therapy, you’re a lovely crew!

From reading other reviews certainly a great place to go for aches & pains. Not so great if your trying to learn to walk on a prostetic leg. In the beginning they were really helping but its hard to learn to walk on a fake leg. I can't easily be put on a timer and left to go to another customer. They didnt have alot of clients months ago but do now so they dont need my business also I dont think have time to devote to me & wont be renewing me since Im not so easy to just have lay on a mat and walk away for a while. They blame my insurance that they wont be giving me more visits & think I'm stupid on the real reasons & ignore me. So I think I might get listened to on this where everyone sees. They never shouldn have taken me if pain is what they really specialize in.

I came to Red canyon physical therapy in severe back pain , I have degenerative disk disease and a herniated disk, and have been in pain since I was 10, coming here with Caitlyn ,Matt, Brandon,Rob, and Laurie was the best decision I ever made, I’m not in pain anymore and it is a very fun and friendly atmosphere, thank you to everyone who works here and did their best to get me feeling like a normal 20 year old !!!

At Red Canyon Physical Therapy, every patient is special to Rob and his staff. They are true professionals: very caring and focused on each patient’s individual diagnosis and needs. I was a recent patient and I believed that I had pain that could not be remedied. I was a skeptic. Rob started with a thorough exam and medical history. He carefully listened to my description of my pain experience. The treatment he initiated was customized to my specific needs. After some weeks of treatment and home exercises, I am nearly pain free. I highly recommend Red Canyon. They are the best!

I broke my leg back in April, I had to have surgery and it was really a struggle. Within two months of physical therapy I was able to run jump and do everything that I could before I had broke my leg. The employees at red Canyon we’re so sweet, and so attentive. I started therapy at Red Canyon sometime last March for a torn achilles (partial tear). During my initial evaluation, I found Rob to be experienced, professional, and a pretty nice guy. Our conversation somehow transitioned to talking about my dog and Rob invited me to bring him in during my therapy sessions. "Really? You are ok with me bringing in my dog?" And, I got an enthusiastic 'yes'! Well, considering I was dreading starting 4.5 hours of therapy a week when I am busy at work, I thought that my dog Buddy could at least make it easier. Well, it turns out that Buddy has been a therapy dog for everyone - staff, patients, and myself! Dealing with physical and emotional impacts of pain and injuries impacts everyone differently. But, I saw patients get comfort by Buddy when they seemed to need it most. The staff even keeps a stock of treats for him! As for my therapy, I have found enjoyment in my sessions. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to be around. I have always seen them treat everyone with respect and kindness. I learned my therapy exercise routine pretty quickly. And, when providing feedback on my progress, they would make adjustments up, or down, as I needed it. Having to deal with pain of an injury sucks. But, the entire team has made it a great experience for me. I will certainly have mixed feelings when my therapy 'graduation' comes. Thanks to the entire Hagerstown Red Canyon team for your help - Rob, Brandon, Caitlyn, Matt, Justin, Casey, Laurie, and more! The pics below include one of Buddy. This place is amazing! I’m on my second injury (lower back) this time around, and i wouldn’t go anywhere else. Everyone at the Hagerstown location is great! They are prompt at getting you scheduled and seen, the techs are efficient at prepping you beforehand, and the PT’s are wonderful! They are very knowledgeable and through when assessing your injury and work diligently to get you feeling better and on your way back to your “normal”. It’s also a great atmosphere! There is always positive energy, talking, and laughs. It’s a place you actually look forward to going to even though you’re in pain.. it’s that great! I have been to two other Physical therapy places and they were not bad but here they are very friendly. It is like a small family atmosphere. You see the same faces and they try to get to know you. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs PT.

I started PT two weeks ago on my shoulder. After just a short time being with this wonderful group of people my shoulder has already loosened up. Rob was very informative on what was going on with my shoulder, and what should be going on with it. Caitlyn, was very gentle when working on my shoulder. She is always sure to explain to you exactly how you should be doing your exercises. All of the workers at Red Canyon are very welcoming. This is a wonderful place to receive PT and I would highly recommend them! I have a little while to go but I can’t wait to see how my shoulder progresses, the home exercises have really helped me. Matt and Bradnon did a very good job explaining things with my knee and got me feeling better. I came back for some shoulder problems and once again Matt and Brandon got it feeling better and got it back to 100%! I’ve had a good bit of physical therapy over the years and, until now, considered one PT office as good as another. Red Canyon’s Hagerstown office will be my go to from now on. (I have no experience with their Frederick office.) Two things set them apart. The most important being I was not assigned to a single therapist. Different therapists, I discovered, pick up on different issues and bring different strengths to the table. My treatment was more thorough as a result of having been treated by each of the PTs on staff. The other thing that sets them apart is the environment. It’s upbeat and often fun - joke of day, music (don’t like it - say something and they’ll change it) and staff who clearly enjoy working together.
