Would find another therapy facility. Very little hands on, over crowded and spent more time doing exercises I could have done at home. There is very little space between clients. I was scheduled with a particular DPT and got a new PT not a DPT. She used plastic gloves to badly massage my knee so I couldn’t feel anything except slippery fingers. I pointed it out to the front desk and she didn’t do it again. I worked with techs most of the time. They did no stim therapy, or warm compresses. They used an icy game ready sleeve for my arthritic knee and my new DPT said that was incorrect. It made my leg stiff. They are used for sports injuries. I quit them after four sessions. Waste of time.

This is a real review. I used Loudoun Physical Therapy after an ACL reconstruction due to a snow skiing accident. I specifically was looking for a practice that had worked with ACL reconstruction patients and knew the specific exercises to strengthen the knee. So far making great progress, not running yet (surgery was just two months ago) - but getting closer. Each day I am getting pushed a little more with exercises -- and massage, ice and stim therapy has been good. This PT group at LPT has been great -- all very knowledgeable and friendly. Carly, Tami, Ryan, Kim, Mary, Jasmine, Jin and Jackie - super easy to work with and have made this a great experience. Highly recommend this group.!

I have had repetitive brain injuries, stroke, cholesteatoma times two, and broke over four vertebrae in my back. Physical I had hit a brick wall. Literally.. So for months we dry needled , worked hard, rubbed, worked harder and even tho I may have only gotten back 50%, IT IS THE WORLD TO ME> I can drive. I can walk. I can go up and down stairs, cook, bird watching, photography... They saved my life!!

After having surgery for a broken clavicle I went to Loudoun Physical Therapy. In three months, I just about had all of my range of motion back. That was almost three months ahead of what the surgeon thought I'd need! Thanks to the skill, support, diligence, and encouragement of the entire team, my therapy was a great success. They also worked hard to schedule my sessions in conjunction with my husband's sessions to save me trips and time. They're great at Loudoun Physical Therapy in Leesburg!

Loudoun Physical Therapy was recommended to me by a friend with high service standards who had therapy with this group after knee replacement surgery. I was impressed with the entire office from the outset - from check-in procedure to assessment by Sara, PT/DPT and ultimately with Sara, Tami, Sandy, Ryan, and Maryam collectively helping me through a program that yielded excellent results. I opted to get a script for PT for a foot issue that another PT outfit had not succeeded in addressing. Sara has to be one of the best for assessing and determining a course of action. We were able to make progress, but she knows when a doctor visit is required and they have done all they can with an issue. It is also a very congenial as well as professional and efficient group. Would highly recommend!

I have enjoyed my time at Loudoun Physical Therapy very much. Granted, I'd rather not be there to begin with, but my knees don't always cooperate with me! The front desk staff is very welcoming, and helped explain everything really well in regards to insurance, planning upcoming appointments, etc. I have worked with Mike, Courtney, Kim, and Heather during my ongoing time there, and they have all be excellent. The PT assistants there are also very helpful and Dave usually helps me out with any questions I may have with the exercises I do while at physical therapy. Highly recommend this practice!

I had searched for a good PT facility. Loudoun PT was given a great rating. I found the facility to be warm and inviting upon entering. The front office staff is very pleasant and work with you to schedule appointments around your work schedule. The PT staff is very professional as well as people oriented, knowledgeable, informative, pleasant, concerned and you can clearly see that they work in your best interest and best end results. All of the assistants are well versed in the exercises they assist you with and doesn't hesitate to ask the PT if they have a question about procedures for an exercise. They give you personal attention and make sure you are doing the exercises correctly. Everyone is very patient and answer all questions you may have. You are greeted when entering and leaving by name. I can personally say this is an excellent facility and outstanding staff. I will not hesitate to recommend Loudoun PT to any one.

Staff is great, from the front office staff to the therapists to the billing department. They were willing to work with me being out of network which is a rare kindness in today's world. Went for a slipped disc in my back and issues with my elbow and over time they have helped me get stronger. Like the exercises and the massages, and the dry needle therapy helped out a lot. After a hip replacement in mid-September, I attended Loudoun Physical Therapy (LPT) in Leesburg for post-operative therapy, starting with three times a week and then reducing to twice a week until they let me go after a final evaluation in mid-October. The whole process was incredibly smooth and effective - I'm back to all my normal activities with no limitations. Throughout, the staff were knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly - I'll miss them. I have no hesitation in strongly recommending LPT for any physical therapy needs.

Will not be going to this office again. I was quoted an amount for service that was incorrect and notified almost a month after completing all of my treatments that this quoted amount was not correct and additional charges would be applied for every visit. I would not have used this clinic had I known what the actual amount of the visits were going to cost me as I am a very cost conscious person in regards to my healthcare due to having a HSA and High Deductible Health Care plan. And I will not be returning to this clinic in the future.

I highly recommend LPT! I’ve being seeing Mary, Kim and Courtney for a few months for a torn shoulder tendon. Love them! I have complete confidence in them. They are very knowledgeable, personable, and caring and spend a lot of time with me. I came in with a lot of pain that kept me from sleeping most nights. My shoulder is so much better and stronger now compared to when I started, and most importantly I can sleep without pain. I can’t say enough about the assistants either. Transformative care, highly recommend LPT! I have been going to LPT for osteoarthritis of the knees. Every single physical therapist and tech that I worked with brought something different to the table and all provided insight, therapy and exercise to combat the problem. They also recognized that several issues are interconnected and provided appropriate treatment. Vast improvement in walking, gait, knee and hip strength.

Therapist Holly is awesome, she got me feeling much better! After therapy I started seeing an osteopath and that has gotten me the rest of the way. Billing is strange.. they charged me upfront in full, before insurance processed the claims. They held onto the extra money until therapy is terminated. They did eventually credit me in full, less the interest, but I would’ve liked to have paid the proper amount each time instead.

The therapist was distracted talking to other therapist while working on my knee. This in attention and lack of communication with me caused a lot of pain and bruising. I went back to show the therapist the damage. He apologized. I stopped therapy at that point.
