A+++ rating ! I have been going to numerous PT places for 20 some years. This place is the best by far, from the first phone call , you can tell how professional, polite and caring they are. This was one of the only places I could find to perform a Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE) for my SS Disability. My therapist Marlon Ming was outstanding. He is very friendly , caring and educating . A very knowledgeable and caring man who will talk to you about any concerns you have about your health and general well being. I felt like I am with friend and family. Even though my therapy was wonderfully done, I still go to visit or call them to check on them like others patients. I was recommended to call Active Physical Therapy by another physical therapy place because Active Physical Therapy does FCE’s! I was able to get an appointment quickly and decided to switch all of my therapy needs to their office. I am super happy that they were recommended to me because I had great results with the therapy they provided! I got to the point in therapy that I needed a little more to get back into work shape so they recommended work hardening for me which really conditioned me for my job! As for the staff Pam was great, knowledgeable about insurance, super nice and caring! Marlon was awesome, he explained my therapy plan and recovery process while being very comforting and compassionate! Kyle was super passionate, very into his job and also very enthusiastic! P.S. he really thinks he’s funny! Julie was very nice and very knowledgeable about exercises! Korby was very caring and very helpful! Renee was very helpful too! Towards the end a couple others staff members/ students Katherine and Emily came in to assist and learn as well and they were also very helpful and great to be around! The entire staff work well together and only want the best for all of the patients! I couldn’t be more thankful for their assistance in my recovery from my work related back injury! I have already recommended Active Physical Therapy to friends and family for their therapy needs.

I've been doing my physical therapy at Active Physical Therapy after I had a total right knee replacement. The staff here in the Hagerstown office have been great. I cannot say enough about Kyle (my stimulator to "get it done"), Renee, Korby, Julie, Dr Marlon and Pam. I was referred here after my car accident and it was the best decision I made to follow through with. The staff is amazing. Pam greets you everyday with a smile and always gets any issue with scheduling resolved right away. Every single physical therapist and Doctor here is amazing. Kyle,Julie,Marlon,Renee and Corby all feel more like family. I feel I have improved tremendously since I first started coming 2 months ago. They truly encourage you and help you get back to your normal self. The environment is relaxed and you eventually start getting to know the other clients that are regulars too. I would recommend everyone to come here. I have gotten muscles firing that I haven't felt in a long time. I owe that to everyone here at active physical therapy Hagerstown. I wouldn't trade this place for the world!

This place is AWESOME!!!! The therapists and office staff are friendly, caring, supportive. Whenever you walk in the door either Pam the receptionist says hi , or iof the therapists on staff like JR, Marlin, Renee, Korbie. Renee and Korbie have been very helping and fun to be around thru my process and them helping to learn some of my new tasks. Marlin and JR would do the more hands on part where I needed stretched or needed the one on one. Since I have started a couple months back I have approved greatly. They have many different ways of doing therapy you wouldn't think of. I will and I would recommend this awesome physical therapy to anyone I know that would benefit from this and there programs and this wonderstaff. I had a great experience at Active Physical Therapy in Hagerstown. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They have excellent chemistry with one another and their patients. If your therapist becomes occupied helping another patient, one of the other therapists will seamlessly fill in to help you. They all are interested in how you’re doing and work to build a good rapport with you. The staff takes into account your type of injury, profession, level of fitness and whatever stage of recovery you may be in and tailor a therapy regime specifically for you. Not just a general workout routine. The facility is always clean and organised with lots of open space and natural light. I’m glad I had the opportunity to go to Active Physical Therapy. They’ve helped me tremendously. Thanks.

I was injured in a motorcycle accident. I was also nervous about going to PT because I am significantly out of shape, even before the accident. I was worried about what they would have me do, and being embarrassed at not being able to do what I needed to. Everyone here was extremely helpful, and made me feel right at home. They have great senses of humor, and are completely non-judgmental about your abilities regardless of the shape you are in. They are extremely accommodating and quick to offer helpful suggestions for exercises as well as coaching you through the emotional part of your injury and recovery. I cannot recommend this place enough to anyone who needs some help getting back to their best physically and emotionally.

I had partial knee replacement in February 2019. I chose Active Physical Therapy for rehab & glad I did. There were definitely rough days, days & I didn’t feel quite up to doing my exercises, but no matter who was working with me, they motivated me. It was a fun, laid back environment. The staff made you feel like family. I plan on having my other knee done & will definitely return to APT. Thank you Marlon, Kyle, Alex, Julie, Maryella, Corby & Pam! You all are the best!
