Extremely helpful front desk. They didn't have the service I was looking for, but went out of their way to get me the names and numbers of providers who did.

Stride Physio provided one of the best PT experiences I have had as a patient. The staff are all amazing practitioners of their craft, and it's always a good feeling to be greeted by the canine crew upon arrival. I have referred multiple friends to Stride, and plan to continue doing business with them for all my PT needs in the future.

I have a long and complicated history of scar tissue related hip joint dysfunction and gait issues from cancer treatment. I have had the great fortune of seeing some amazing physical therapists over the years, and Susanne Michaud is one of the best. When you have a complex history, it’s important that a therapist takes the time to listen and understand your past, and then take you from there. Susanne’s wisdom and knowledge has helped me to continue to find improvement to make it easier to do the activities in my day to day life that bring joy. The office staff is amazing. Erin, Levi and Thea are friendly, welcoming and capable. The facility is beautiful. Finally, if you want a therapist that devotes your entire appointment to you, this is one of those rare practices. There is a wealth of expertise in this practice and the staff will help you find the best match for your issue.

After having hip replacement surgery, I continued to have stiffness and pain. So 9 months after hip surgery, I contacted Stride PT and was referred to Alexis who is a hip specialist. Alexis helped me regain strength in my hip as well as help with flexibility and balance. I am so glad that I was referred to Alexis. Now I can walk briskly without pain and stiffness.

I have been so lucky to find Coral as a physio. She takes the time to properly assess and help find the root of your problem. She uses a very hands on approach to help heal employing manual therapy techniques. Coral is easy to approach with a question or clarification. You will leave each appointment feeling on the path to recovery.

PT and owner Susanne has seen me through two frozen shoulders, and to me she's a total magician! She came up through massage and then taught PT at the UW, so she has a unique depth of knowledge that makes her extremely precise with her treatments, integrating things like cupping and soft tissue work for a holistic fix. On top of being a super scientific PT wiz, she's also a kind-hearted, down-to-earth human who's easy to talk to. Can't say enough good things about Susanne!

Every therapist I’ve seen here is knowledgeable and experienced and friendly. The front desk staff is also amazing. Levi is very kind and efficient and friendly. I highly recommend this place. I’ve been through here for three separate issues. All with great care from the staff. Most recently I saw Emily and found her to be extremely knowledgeable and encouraging. I felt very cared for. I also recommend Scott for his great wealth of knowledge, at least about my issues. I learned a lot from my one session with him. It’s a great environment and you can tell they are all dedicated to wellness.

I don't usually write online reviews but the quality of the services I received from my PT Emily was so outstanding that I felt others should benefit from my experience. I worked with her from October through January for therapy following a knee replacement. I saw her for most of that time twice a week. You really get to know each other in that amount of time. And, if you are going to spend that much time with someone you have to feel comfortable. Emily was so encouraging and so positive. From the beginning she put me at ease and knew how hard to push me. She is an extremely good listener and paid close attention to non-verbal cues as well. She is very personable, easy to talk to and explained the science of my gait as well. I highly recommend Emily. She was a major part of my rapid and successful recovery.

Have you ever loved going to physical therapy? I have - at Stride Physio! Everyone I have met there has been wonderful, helpful, supportive and all around awesome. I went in with a whiplash injury to my neck and Coral was able to fix me with exercises, stretching, and massage therapy. I am so appreciative! She is fantastic, and I feel I have made a friend for life. The space has just undergone a renovation and is beautiful, light, bright and cheery. It has been such a pleasure to go there and I won't go anywhere else in the future for my physical therapy. A special thanks to Levi, Erin, Coral, and of course, Ziggy!

THank YoU to everyone at Stride - especially to Lexi! She was excellent at diagnosing my issue and providing correction therapy and exercises to get me back on track. I felt stronger, pain-free and prepared to return to work. I have already referred several of my work colleagues and friends to Stride. I highly recommending this PT practice to anyone in need!

After a hamstring injury, I came here based on a friend's enthusiastic recommendation, and I've loved my experience. The staff is dedicated, knowledgable, friendly, and eager to give clients the best possible care. They don't provide a one-size-fits-all answer but instead work with you individually to most effectively get you where you want to be. I've mostly worked with Coral, and I love her passion for learning and incorporating all the latest science into what she does.

I loved my experience with Stride Physio for my physical therapy treatment! Emily Thomas is a wonderful practitioner who treated me with respect and worked WITH me to find an exercise and stretching regimen that ultimately helped me find some relief after years of pain and frustration. She's clearly dedicated to the well being of each of her patients, and speaks in terms that are easy to understand. As someone who is way too hard on myself, Emily also helped me to recognize the good work I was doing and was incredibly reassuring. She challenges and motivates her clients with her up-beat and determined attitude, and she's also hilarious. She was just easy to be comfortable around right from the start. The other staff at Stride who work the front reception area are also some of the most pleasant people I've met. I recommend Stride Physio to anyone in need of physical therapy! I no longer wake up in pain every day!

I highly recommend Stride Physio for active people who are experiencing pain and dysfunction. I received a series of treatments to resolve pain and numbness from a pinched nerve and I’m happy to say that all my symptoms have resolved. Susanne takes a holistic approach to treatment, providing hands-on work and assessment along with helping her clients make changes in posture and movement patterns to heal and prevent further injury. She’s a great problem solver, finding innovative ways to accommodate each person’s unique needs. The facility is lovely–open and airy–and Erin and Levi at the front desk were always proactive in helping me with scheduling and insurance needs.

Over the years and starting way back when Strider-In-Chief Susanne Michaud was a solo operation I've faced a number of failing joints, blown discs, over-stressed connective tissues and other mechanical body malfunctions. In all of these cases Susanne and her and her carefully curated crew of experts have accelerated my healing while also providing me with training helpful in avoiding repeats. Stride provides patients with an impressive synthesis of evidence-based treatment, friendly behavioral modification and (perhaps as important as anything else) sympathy backed with the assumption that patients have the intelligence and capacity for attention to help themselves long after finishing a course of treatment. As well Stride's staff overall make visiting for an appointment more of a treat than a hassle or unattractive activity. In a way it's almost sad when an injury is resolved because visiting the office is so pleasant. Cannot too highly recommend Stride for physiotherapy needs.

Finding practitioners that truly care and listen to you is a real gift in our current healthcare culture and Stride is lucky to have such a physiotherapist in Coral Lewis. I've known Coral for years and have seen first hand the effectiveness of her integrated approach to therapy and trust her completely with her advanced manual therapy/hands-on skills and specific exercise-based prescription. Don't miss out on seeing this amazing physiotherapist, she's a gem.

I could schedule physical therapy in Snohomish County where I live, but I choose to drive to Seattle for PT at Stride Physio. The therapists at Stride are fully knowledgable, professional and diversified in many specialty areas. A few years ago, owner Susanne helped me address some back and ankle problems, enabling me to return to one of my favorite activities, hiking. More recently, Emily Thomas worked with me on glute strengthening and gait. I highly recommend Emily; her upbeat personality and encouraging style make me look forward to every visit and motivate me to do my best. Should I ever need physical therapy in the future, I will definitely book with Stride.

This is a clinic run by an expert and it really, really shows. There are three things that make them great. EMPATHY, there is a genuine feeling of caring from everyone. This extends from my first phone call, check in and scheduling, and to each therapist. They understood I was in pain and wanted to help as quickly and effectively as possible. When I was struggling with a pain point, she went off script to handle the issue. When I struggled with an exercise, she made it fun. I can’t believe how much I appreciate the camaraderie of their team. KNOWLEDGE: They know the physiology and bio mechanics really well. The owner (Susanne) used to be a Massage Therapist Trainer (Brian Utting School) before becoming a PT, and then she became a professor of Physical Therapy in the doctoral program at the UW. Every one of their staff has deep knowledge of the science and craft of Physical Therapy, in addition to being fun to work with. RESULTS: I have been through both knee surgery and back issues and they have dramatically helped me with both. I now run again and don’t suffer the back issues that initially put me in the hospital. In my past work with other respected PT clinics the results are night and day different. This is also the experience of friends that I also know who have gone to Stride Physio. Stride Physio is hands down the best physical therapist I have ever been to or heard of.

The most knowledgeable PT I've ever been to!

From the moment you contact Stride, you can tell how much they care about their clients. The front desk staff is so great, helping figure out insurance and working through the scheduling process. I’ve seen Laurie and truly look forward to my sessions with her. She applies her extensive knowledge to problem solve and provides an effective, clear treatment plan. She is patient, consistent, and provides the highest quality of care. The best physical therapist I’ve ever seen – and has the best dog, big shout-outs to my emotional support dog, Ziggy!

I had a fantastic experience at Stride Physio! Starting when you walk in the door, you will receive a warm welcome from the amazing front desk staff. My physical therapist, Emily, is incredibly skilled and caring. I can't recommend her enough! She created a realistic yet efficient plan that helped me get back to running.

PT they way it should be, including the mental aspect of reclaiming the hope that I will be able to live this life to it's fullest. Smashing the records of negative self talk that have been playing on a loop in my brain holding me back from healing for too many years. Plus they are super passionate about what they do, they keep cultivating their knowledge sharing it in language that is brilliantly in tune with my body instincts of what it needs. Physical signal translators, positive logical change instigators, and the kinda tech support every body should experience. Thank you.

The environment and positive energy at Stride is fantastic. I’m very fortunate to have Scott McClave as my therapist. I had a trimalleolar ankle fracture and he has played an integral part in my recovery. Scott truly takes the time to understand your injury and goals, and caters each session to getting you one step closer to performing 100% (whether that’s mountain biking, trail running, skiing, or just day to day living). Scott doesn’t merely take you through the motions, but rather explains the purpose and importance of each exercise, as well as doing them with the proper form. Overall, I'd highly recommend Stride.

Though still a work in progress, I have made great strides (pun intended) towards correcting my long standing postural issues. I have been very happy with the care and attention that the therapists at Stride have shown me. They customized their treatment strategies rather then the cookie-cutter approach that some therapists I've been to over the years have used. The staff (including the four legged ones) are friendly and welcoming, creating a mellow yet cheery environment.

I hurt my foot running and, though it was difficult to diagnose what was actually wrong, Laurie worked with me until we got it sorted. She helped me increase flexibility in parts of my foot that were too tight, understand how my foot was designed to be used, and build strength and new habits to run happy and avoid injury

Greg Allan

I went to Stride Physio for a hip flexor issue that wouldn't go away. I worked with Lexi and had a great experience. Lexi worked with me to get exercises and stretches that would work for me and my schedule. If I ever need another physical therapist I would definitely go back.

This is a fantastic place of physical therapy. And I should know, I have had a lot of it over the course of time. Its a professional and yet privately run clinic. What this means is that they provide me with great care, and the personal attention that I am looking for when I seek help to recover from injury. Its a big deal to me, and should be to you. Having been to numerous other sport therapy clinics I've been treated like a number with short appointments, most care provided by an unlicensed assistant, and a distinct aura of a corporate approach to my care. None of that applies to Stride Physio. They are the best, and a true blessing! Suzanne is a gracious and caring owner. And Laurie Gribschaw, my physical therapist, is the best I have ever worked with. Thank you Laurie and Suzanne!

Will McCollum

I wholeheartedly recommend Stride Physio. In March 2018, I tore both my ACL and Meniscus and was a full auto-quad tendon reconstruction and repair. My confidence was shaken and I wasn't getting the results I wanted with other PTs. Then I met Laurie and the amazing team at Stride. We worked on not just my knee, but my posture, lifting and workout technique, and finally how to readjust to life and sports after surgery. Ten months post-op, I was skiing at Crystal Mountain and Revelstoke, BC. I am now lifting, working out, running, and have full use of my knee. If you want to recover and get your life back, Stride will help you all the way!

I love Stride Physio! This is such a welcoming and positive place. They are women-owned and women-run, and their office has a dog that comes and greets you when you come in the door. I was tentative to start physical therapy again because I had had a bad experience with my last physical therapist. But I started working with Emily, and from the first visit I knew this was going to be a better experience. She is a great listener, laid back, and takes her job very seriously. The exercises and techniques she has taught me have already made a big impact on my pain level and allowed me to become more active. She encourages me to reach out to her between appointments with any questions I might have, and takes time to explain everything in a way that is easy to understand. When I neglected to do some of my exercises, she was understanding and helped me figure out a solution instead of making me feel bad about it. She is also just a pleasure to talk to and be around. I recommend Stride to anyone that is suffering from pain, or just wants to learn how to better take care of their body.
