I would highly recommend this place. It takes most of the insurances and staff is wonderful. Always greets me with smile, great listeners and the tunes they play there are awesome! They worked with me patiently each day for over 3 month period until I gained my strength to my neck and upper back pain. Pain is alleviated tremendously thanks to Brad and Christine and recommended exercises can be done at home easily. They gave numerous advises on how I can prevent pain. Love their professionalism, and you will too!

I have been really pleased with how professional, organized and friendly everyone is Including those at the front desk, PT assistants and the physical therapist. I am getting great care and help with my issues.

Peak Sports and Spine has several top notch PTs. They start with an evaluation to determine the cause of the problem and then address the cause. Tami worked wonders for an ankle that kept spraining, but has been problem free for over 5 years now. Brad "fixed" a back issue that had me bed bound for several days. Others have done great things for my wife.

I was so happy I went here for treatment. I was experiencing pain stemming from an imbalance, which none of the previous physical therapy offices I visited could identify. As soon as I got to Peak Sports and Spine, Brad was able to identify my pain's root and he prescribed an incredibly effective workout plan. Besides treating my pain directly, Brad gave me great advice about body well-being, working out, and good practices. As I write this, I am a few weeks removed from my last appointment, my pain is gone, and Brad is still giving me advice. The staff here was happy and helpful, I always felt at home, and there was no lack of equipment. Overall, great place to go to get your body back in action.

I have used Peak Sports and Spine in Issaquah for several years to rehab different sports injuries. Each time they have been great. They explain everything. The staff is always friendly. They don't try to extend the rehab more than is needed. They don't ask you to progress faster than needed. They want to make sure you are better when you leave.

Finding the place can be tricky if you rely on your GPS. But after that, it's all good. The staff are organized, helpful, and upbeat. I learned more on my first day about mobility and strength issues than I had in years of being probed, medicated and cut into by the white coats. I am particularly pleased with my experience because my prior experiences with PT were less than stellar.

Jody Laflen

Great care - good therapists and friendly service.

I love this place so much!! Over the last few months, it has been like a second home to me!! When I tore my ACL, I thought the next months of recovery would be painful and boring. I was definitely wrong, I have met so many wonderful people. I am now three months out of my surgery and I just started running! If I could rate this place more than 5 stars, I definitely would. Thanks guys (especially Dan, Amber, Teresa, Tim, Kiel, and Diego)!! <3

I've been a repeat patient at Peak Sport & Spine for 17 years to manage pain from Arthritis, Fibromyalgia and injuries. The staff here feel like family to me and that is how I am treated (all patients are treated this way!). Because of Peak I am motivated to do my exercises at home, manage my pain & symptoms on my own, avoid having to use narcotic pain medicine and I can continue to avoid invasive joint replacement surgery! A family friend is a very avid snowboarder and he trusts his physical therapy needs to Peak Sport and Spine as well!

My experience was better than I expected! I was experiencing life altering pain associated with arthritis, a chronic condition. I could not see how PT was going to help, but it DID. I was thoroughly impressed with the breadth of knowledge both Cari and Dan had regarding orthopedics and biomechanics. In some ways, better than the doctor that made the recommendation!

Everyone was welcoming and healing is taking place with my knee

My mother came to this place for physical therapy, and she told me that someone put ice on her shoulder to numb it, and electrodes to shock her shoulder. At first, the inside of her shoulder felt a bit shaky, but it has been 2 months since and she has been in pain everyday, though slowly decreasing. My mother has had to get acupuncture and suction cups to relieve pain, and has had to take 2 weeks off of work. Anyone going to this place, make sure to research and ask questions.

The staff is knowledgeable about body mechanics for any sport. They encourage and explain exercises clearly with easy to understand language. I highly recommend this clinic to family and friends.

Dan and team did a thorough job of assessing my problem, helped me understand preventative measures for the future as well as gave me great tips on daily maintenance. Though I hope I don't have any other injuries, I would definitely return if I did. The office staff is also great! Highly recommend!
