I would give 10 stars if I could! Orit truly cares about what you're going through and wants to make you better. Everyone at the office is warm and welcoming and I always feel comfortable there. I've never had an issue with canceling or rescheduling as the other reviewer mentioned, and I've been a long time patient. I was referred to this office from a friend who was very happy with how they healed, and I am glad they did. You get a full hour with your therapist with one on one work. You are not pushed off to an assistant or left to do work by yourself. The exercises and mental work is tailored to your condition and how you're feeling that day, so you never feel pushed in a bad way. I could not recommend them enough!!!

I started out at Lake Burien PT as a patient about 6yrs ago after I had a knee replacement. I was given the most amazing care from the entire team, and my recovery was a complete success! I enjoyed the atmosphere so much, that 3 yrs ago, I came to work here as the Arts and Wellness Coordinator. I'm still a patient here when needed and I wouldn't trust any other clinic with my care. I called in to cancel my appointment and they charge me for the fee because I didn’t come. That is really stupid the way how they run the business, now to put me through the collection, I would not recommend anybody to go with this physical therapy.

I came here after my car accident. I always felt comfortable, respected, and safe. I needed treatment for my pain but what ended up working for me just was much was how Maria helped me understand my pain so I wasn't afraid of it. My healing went so much more smoothly because of that. I've been treated for pain for other things before, for the last 20 years, but no one ever helped me with that before and it made a huge difference. Everyone I encountered was a pleasure to work with and the decor and equipment is all nice and new. They even have K-cups!

I am too accident prone for words and the entire staff of LBPT are like an extended family for me. A hallmark of this office is that they will take you by the hand and gently steer you to your health - despite the excuses and protestations, they push you just the right amount to make sure your recovery is swift. I tell all my friends and family that this office truly makes PT fun, no hyperbole. I've received care from every member of this staff and have nothing but glowing praise. You can't go wrong here.

I began PT at Lake Burien during the late stages of my third trimester of pregnancy for severe and persistent leg pain. It was my first time seeking physical therapy and I could not have had a better experience. Kat listened to my concerns, evaluated my injury, and provided supportive exercises to help me recover. The office staff is friendly and welcoming and it feels like a true community business. I highly recommend Lake Burien to anyone looking for physical therapy services in the south sound region.
