I went in for my first appointment and they wouldn’t see me at the time. My referral expired and I requested that they ask for it to be updated the front desk girl who answered said yes they can do that. Thenn tried to give me all the disclaimers and because I told her if my Dr request for me to come in then I’ll deal with it when it happens, she got an attitude and told me it’s my responsibility for the referral now after she said they could request it for me.

Lied to me about my insurance being accepted, billed me a huge amount and and then gave me the run-around for a month and still it was never resolved. Terrible customer service!

I worked at the Epic physical therapy clinic as a volunteer worker. So, I can say I strongly recommend the Epic physical therapy clinic. First of all, all member of the Epic is really friendly. Plus, they are real professional. they are expert about their work. If I have some time, I definitely want to work at the Epic again.

My fiancé started coming here a week after his ACL and meniscus’s reconstructive surgery and thanks to his awesome pt therapist (mika) his recovery has been great. I highly recommend this place, all the PT are very professional, detail oriented , caring and do a exellent work. The front desk girls are always every friendly and ready to help .
