Super friendly receptionists. I was seen on time every visit. My assessment with Kayla and my first session with Chantal went really well. Had a couple minor issues with the person that was assigned to me afterwards, but it was resolved. My last visit was with Jess I believe her name is, she was amazingly nice, good sense of humour and very friendly. I'd definitely see her again. Kayla was also always available to answer my questions and seemed to pop in here and there to make sure I was doing ok.

I went to Cornwall Physiotherapy after 5 weeks of going to another physiotherapy place in Cornwall that wasn't helping at all. I went there to Cornwall Physiotherapy for my back injury (sprained lumbar) that had been an issue for about 2 months. I had 2 appointments a week for about 4-5 weeks and by week 3 my back was almost 100%. I was finally able to sit, lay, and walk while not being in pain. The staff is friendly and the equipment is up to date, I am not to sure about the pricing though, I was going through a WSIB claim. I would definitely recommend Cornwall Physiotherapy to anyone who asked me about where to go for Physiotherapy.

My husband and I have used this Clinic several times for different issues and we have always had excellent care. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly and mindful of our well-being. Service is on time and to the point. Nevertheless, the recommended follow up exercises are a must to obtain full recovery and relief from pain.

I was assessed and given an exercise program to alleviate pain in my SI joint, along with ulta-sound treatments, and massage. I'm having good results but I'm well aware that exercising short term is a quick fix. My goal is to make it a lifestyle, incorporating the exercises the clinic recommended as well as adding other body strengthening ones to keep active and get stronger. A pretty cheater group. My buddy had an appointment tomorrow booked 2 weeks ago. He got a call today saying that his appointment cancelled due to therapist's wife had a baby and all Thursday appointments transferred to next Thursday. I wonder what the clinic tells the next Thursday appointment people? If someone's wife has a child the world stops and tons of patients will be pushed back their schedule will be messed up although without patients the clinic is dead. He can go and visit his wife after work. She definitely not going anywhere from hospital. I WOULD FIRE THERAPIST IN A HEARTBEAT MESSING PATIENTS LIFE UP.

I'm well on my way to recovery. PT Health has helped me recover from a lower back injury two years ago. I still to this day fallow the exercise of the program at home as a means of staying fit. I have lower back issues and was recently referred for physio. Cornwall Physiotherapy was able to get me in very quickly. My therapist was Amanda. She was very helpful, quickly figuring out what kind if patient I am (I like to know what we're, why we're doing it, what I can do to help myself, and to have help figuring out *just* how to do those things to the best of my abilities) and giving me exactly what I needed. Her energy and optimism were greatly appreciated at a time when I'm working hard to keep a positive outlook!

I recently had a very painful bout of back and leg pain interfering with my daily chores and my sleep at night. I was referred by a doctor and upon a recommendation from a friend, I had an initial consultation and started a 6 session treatment plan. The staff is very friendly and professional and at the end, with a home exercise plan, I am pain free and able to resume my quality of life.
