This place is fantastic in the fact that they have a physical therapist work with you the ENTIRE time. No short eval and off to an assistant. This is VERY rare in the profession, and hard to find this QUALITY of care! Matthew Randall did a fantastic job with my daughter and myself with Physical therapy. He customized each session and therapy needed.

This business's familiarity and lack of transparency around insurance and billing created a terrible experience for me financially, and their practice in general lead to no relief for my back. They told me they wouldn't know how much my coverage would provide and failed to provide with me something as simple as an estimate. I feel like a fish who thought they were getting dinner and became the dinner. Halfway through my treatment program, (3 visits) I owe them $450 and still have the exact same pain that I had on day 1 with no improvement.

I had knee injury from ski. I chose no surgery option. I did physical therapy with George and Rebecca to get back to my normal life and eventually back to my sports. Both of them were great. They worked with me one on one. They paid attention to details. They understood my problems (often pain and stiffness on my knee and leg) and solved it very well. It had been tremendous improvement both physical and mental for me every time when I visited them. I was limping when I first met them. Now I am starting to go back to most of my sports. I just ran 10K race about two weeks ago. I am so hopeful to go back to ski again this winter. Thank you very much George and Rebecca.

After being miss diagnosed at a Chiropractor and another physical therapy place where I spent a lot of time and money... I found Fast Track I worked with Dr. Cherianne Mecham who was an angel she diagnosed me in less than 3 minutes of my consultation visit and went to work helping me we did something different each day I spent nearly 100% of the visits with the Dr. not the intern like the other place I went. I could barely walk when I went in I had a very bad bulging disc, I left a few weeks later with invaluable knowledge of how to bend lift stretch so that this will never happen again. If you are on the fence about physical therapy or visiting Fast Track I will tell you this is the first review I have ever done on google and it took me a year to finally do it but I would have spent triple the money they charge for the professional and strait forward information I got from my few weeks with Dr Cherianne Mecham thank you for giving me my life back!!!!

George helped me for 16 months recovering from three staggered surgeries: two shoulder operations and one microdiscectomy. Having been to more than a dozen therapist for 14 surgeries resulting from a very active lifestyle, I recommend him as the best therapist I’ve worked with. He’s very knowledgeable, diligent, and personable. He tailored my therapy and his advice to account for multiple injuries that overlapped and my type-A personality, keeping me challenged but making sure I didn’t harmfully overexert myself. His partner Matthew is excellent too when George isnt available.

I have to be honest my experience with this place was very discouraging. I struggled with patellar tendonosis for a while. After a few months of my knee not healing naturally I sought out help for treatment. I saw these guys online and decided to give them a try. The physical therapist that tried to help me didn't actually address the needs of my right knee. I was paying $70.00 per visit just to ride on a bike and do leg presses, which I can do myself for free. She had a lack of knowledge on effectively treating my condition. The only reason I say this is because I choose a different physical therapist to get another opinion and she has done an amazing job with my knee. She is giving me exercises that address my problem, she is having me stretch the tendons, they hook me up to machines to get the blood flowing through that area, they were using anti-inflammatory cream with a sonogram to penetrate the deep tissues of my knee, and she is moving my knee back into place. I spend 2 1/2 hours with my new physical therapist versus a half hour with Fast Tracks. She takes her time and 2 1/2 two times a week is a long enough session for treatment to actually do something.To sum up my experience with Fast Tracks I would say the physical therapist I saw her quality of work to treat patients is lacking. She need more training and knowledge on how to actually help a condition. I had no good results with her and I went to six sessions. At my other physical therapist I saw results in just the first two times. It's probably not the whole staff, but the one person. The staff was very nice and did their best to help.

Dealt with plantar fasciitis for nearly two years and had tried pretty much everything to get better. Cortisone shots, insoles, custom insoles, rest, icing, boots, etc. After three months of physical therapy with Matt, I've been able to play basketball without pain and get back to an active lifestyle. Kris Porter is awesome! I sorted through many before physical therapists before I met him. He helped me get rid of radiating lateral femoral nerve pain and chronic quad and calf pain, improve my gait so i can walk and run better and reduce callus build up in a relatively short amount of time. He sorted through all my goals and issues to determine a great treatment plan. Most PT's tend to just jump right in and start exercises or treatment plans without really having a sound basis for reasoning. Kris stands out with excellent logic and reasoning to treat cause of dysfunction. I continue to work with him to address upper body issues now. He carefully determined that i needed a medial wedge put in. As a trainer for 20 years who has a good base of understanding biomechanics, he helped me realize much more in-depth foot function that will help me forever. I trust his judgement and enjoy him teaching me how to help myself. He is incredibly educated in foot and leg biomechanics and makes sound choices to help me fix it. I am very thankful to have the pleasure of working with him. He has changed my world and made it more enjoyable to live. Thank you so much Kris!

I can't say enough good things about these guys. After years of back pain I finally got an MRI which showed that I had a herniated L-5 disc. The doctors prescribed pain pills and told me only surgery would resolve my issues. Seeing surgery as a last resort I decided to give physical therapy at Fast Track a try. In less than a month I was pain free and in 3 months I was back to full physical and sport activity. These guys are the best.

Had a wonderful experience at Fast Track. The front office took time to review billing and insurance. I was then escorted back to a really nice treatment area and met with Dr. Matthew Randall. I suffered from a hip injury that occurred in 2003 and spent thousands on physical therapy and been looked at by some of the top orthopedic surgeons in the country; my MRI's were even reviewed at one of the orthopedic national conferences by some of the nation's best surgeons but no one could offer a solution for my hip pain. I decided to give therapy one last shot and went to Fast Track. Dr. Randall took time to evaluate my case rather than jumping to conclusions prematurely. He went through a series of steps to treat areas of pain and crafted a list of tailored exercises to help with my condition. After just one visit, I felt relief from 13 years of pain. I could sleep and drive again without my hip cramping up. He had gotten a horrible knot in my hip to relax which alleviated so much discomfort. I am sad to be moving out of the area because I would have liked to have continued my treatment at Fast Track. I highly recommend Dr. Randall and Fast Track Physical Therapy overall.

My experience here was incredible. When I initially came in I had a small range of motion in my foot and I had pretty bad nerve pain as well. It was a lot of work but George is awesome and after a couple of visits my nerve pain had decreased immensely. Now after 5 to 6 months, I have full range of motion and my nerve pain is completely gone. I honestly didn't think he was going to be better than the other guy i had seen but i was wrong. Very grateful i decided to come in.
