I highly recommend New Paradigm Physical Therapy. Julie is an extremely knowledgeable and talented physical therapist. Her ability to assess my jaw, back and neck pain and relieve the pain and stiffness over the course of several visits was amazing. She taught me exercises to help correct my bad habits. Everything she did for me and expected of me was explained clearly. She is an expert in her field. Julie listened to me and was easy to talk to. She really cared about relieving my pain and making my habits healthier. I have recommended her to my friends, family and co-workers. I will definitely return.

There aren't enough stars to rate Julie fairly; 5 stars is an understatement. I am so overjoyed that I was able to have her as my physical therapist. I had seen a PT before for another issue and without meaning any offense to that individual, I can say that there is no comparison between the care I received from the other office and the care I received from Julie; she is so genuinely caring and compassionate, I feel like I'm visiting a dear friend who also happens to be an incredibly knowledgeable doctor. Before I started attending sessions with Julie, I was in immense pain all the time. I was in tears trying to fall asleep and my unrelenting discomfort was beginning to interfere with my job and my mood. She squeezed me into her schedule very last-minute. In just two months (5 sessions total) I went from unbearable pain and a visible displacement of my joint to being able to live my life normally and pain-free, with very little joint displacement. Julie knew what to do right away and my pain subsided significantly after my first visit. She gave me exercises to do at home that were simple and effective. I have the utmost gratitude for Julie. If you are looking for a physical therapist, don't waste your time anywhere else. She is a wonderful human being, and a real-life wizard of anatomy and healing. Thank you, Julie!

Julie is the most gifted Physical Therapist there is in the Salt Lake area, and an absolute gem with teenagers...she helped my daughter get back to walking pain free (and participating again in school activities) My daughter said “Mom, I didn’t know what to expect but this is fun”

The care I received is “Top Notch”. I would highly recommend New Paradigm Physical Therapy. Julie does a great job of assessing the problem and re-assessing it to find different ways to alleviate my pain and strengthen my body. She has helped me with chronic back, hip and feet problems. She has used manual therapy, excercises to do at home and dry needling. She explains everything in a manner that is easy to understand and follow. Julie has great rapport with her clients and is easy to talk to. I believe she really cares about her patients and loves what she does. Finally pain free...thank you!

I would not recommend Julie if your goal is true progress. My first appointment I thought I had found someone who was truly gifted and I was impressed by her approach. Six visits later, all my appointments were identical and even when I requested additional exercises, she brushed me off. She also started ending my appointments early and starting them later and later. I think she was once a good practitioner but that has not been my experience with her.
