I was very satisfied, but now very disappointed. The business is solely ran by money and not with patient good interest In mind. The billing said well you signed the contract so you are bound to pay the copay. I paid because she received service not because of the contract. I referred my mom over, but she had different insurance. I specifically asked the office if they took her insurance. I came by the office two days before the appointment to provide the office with her insurance card as well as filling it all the information they needed. At her 3rd appointment, the office then tells me that they don’t take her secondary insurance. I was there already so obviously I had my mom go to her appointment and I obviously paid for the service she received. It was out of my pocket as she is living on a budget. I just find that to be bad business practice. Why even ask for insurance if they are not going to check and hold patient liable for the copay for them not doing their job. They should have been straight forward to allow the patient to make their choice. It felt like they tricked you in. She had another facility that her doctor referred her to that would cover at 100%. I do not recommend them unless you know for sure they take your insurance otherwise you will be in for a great surprise.

Great, they help me along with my lower back issue. In the last two months I have an ablation on my right and left lower back. I have sciatica on my right side. So it's always on going issue. Everyone on the staff is great, from the receptionist on down, everything they do is special. I always feel up lifted when I leave. Pain is something I will have to work on the rest of my life. So they give me a positive vib. That called good medicine. R Baptiste

The staff was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and encouraging all while maintaining a positive demeanor and friendly atmosphere. It’s not the most desirable thing to be told you have to go to physical therapy but I actually looked forward to my appointments at Results.

Highly recommended! I had a great experience recovering from ACL reconstruction which isn't always easy. Tyler and Ashley did an excellent job of putting together therapy plans and carrying them out within the doctor's limits. Couldn't ask for a better outcome. All of the staff were nice and professional (Amy, Shalie and Jarred included). They also have a round rock location opening up soon!

I have had PT in several different facilities and locations. This particular Results Physiotherapy location is by far the most professional and easiest to work with. I highly recommend this facility!
