Easy to schedule, and smart, sensible approaches to help with injuries. I worked with Jessica and she was fantastic. She explained what our approach was going to be every day and why we were going to do the exercises we were doing, and was very clear on the type of work I needed to do outside of our sessions. She was also very easy to talk to and even let me talk at length about random Bon Appetit videos.

I had a fantastic experience at Results Physiotherepy. I have a torn rotator cuff in my shoulder and my doctor suggested physical therapy before deciding on surgery. Jessica and the rest of the team were outstanding. They were very friendly, flexible in scheduling, and incredibly knowledgeable and responsive. Though without surgery the shoulder will never be perfect again, both Jessica, my doctor, and I have agreed that with the extensive improvement of my strength and motion we will defer surgery unless I have a negative event or problem. This PT business is all about pushing as many customers through as possible. I did have some success for 3 weeks, but only when I went to a smaller individually owned practice did I actually experience true healing for my injury. This place is good for applying a band aid and billing your insurance, but in my opinion does not correct problems long term.

Do not waste your time going to this place. If your doctor has recommend Results Phisiotherapy Lakeway go to another location. I tried to treat my problem on my neck and low back ( my worse problem) with them and just wasted my time. First, they did not call me to start when they received my referral, I had to look for it. Second, they assessed my problem on beck and not on the low back, saying that I would have to choose one of them each time I went there. Third, they treated my neck for two weeks and the last two times I asked them to treat my low back that hurt more, but they left it for the next session because they did not have enough time for the evaluation. Then they canceled a time and finally in my last week available before my trip, another physiotherapist was there for me, I complained about the pain I had been feeling on my low back and asked that this part be treated, she told me that she could not do it without the evaluation for my first physiotherapist. Result, I lost 4 weeks and did not have help with my worst problem. I will travel with pain, since I do not have more time to look for another place. If do you want an advice, go to another location, do not waste your time.

The care that I have received from Results Physiotherapy has been five star. The treatment plan that Lauren Kirk (PT, DPT) had personally designed for me has made a substantial improvement. She is very professional and personable...listens well and sends you home with exercises that really make a difference week to week.
