Friendly staff, nice facility. They were always on time for my appointments, never had to wait, and always received follow up as necessary. They really helped get me back to doing the things I enjoy.

Results was easy to get to and close to hm and everyone was very friendly and helpful after my car accident. Bill and all the therapists were very patient and helpful. The only reason I had to switch was because they didnt have evening 5 or 6pm appts when i went back to work. Would recommend to others

All of the stars go to Megan and Taryn, the therapy assistant and therapist, who have been great. If I were rating only them, they would get 5 stars. However, Megan and Maria both tried calling me over the past few weeks, got my voicemail. I called them back three times but I never heard back from them to schedule more appointments. But I don't even want to anymore because I got my bill. Though this is NO FAULT of the people that work at that location, there is a corporate problem with affordability. My before insurance cost for these 1 hour visits ranged from $160 to over $300!! Even after insurance (which to be fair covered a lot), most of these averaged between $50 and $150 per visit. I can't afford $100 for just an hour of therapy, so by all means don't return my calls. I like Megan and Taryn but I can't. afford. them.

Megan and Taryn were amazing. Great sense of humor and extremely personable. I would not like to return. But, if I had to, I would return to this location without second thoughts.

Great therapists but bad administration. I missed a couple appointments and was automatically "discharged" without any kind of notice. My foot still hurts and Maria from front desk was supposed to call back but never did. I gave up on calling because I felt like I was treated as a kid and told off everytime. Waited several weeks, no updates. Also, if you get there 10 minutes late they will not admit you, but if they have clients , you have to wait, sometimes more than 10 minutes, they matter, you dont. Overall bad experience, need more professionalism.

I was referred to Results Physiotherapy by my physician to help me with my vertigo. The office contacted me to set up the appointment even before my physician had time to call me to let me know what his recommendation was. The front office was very courteous and efficient in getting my personal information. Everything was done on line prior to my appointment. The wait was short. And I met Jennifer my therapist. She helped me get rid of my dizziness within a week prior to my cruise. She followed up with several text message to ensure that I was ok. The entire process was very positive.
