Had therapy with Caroline for about 4 months but stopped because I moved. She was very knowledgeable and did everything she could to help my pain. She also performs a technique called Dry Needling that was very helpful as well. The staff there are very nice. The facility is clean and you never have to wait long.

Very dedicated staff and Physical Therapist, Carolyn Sink, really knows how to get your muscles strong in a very short time. They have a variety of treatments and machines. Everyone works so well together. I’m progressing extreemly well after both knee and back surgery. So happy I was sent here for my rehab.

I can't say enough good things about the crew at physical therapy of planning. In reality I could but then they would get all full of themselves, but they truly deserve all five stars. First they take time answer any questions you may have. They will explain how and why your doing every exercise. They don't get mad if you're a little late, just call if you can't make it. I have several more visits coming as of the writing of this review. I am a current patient and I really look forward to going in.

I just finished my second rehab. The first for a knee replacement in 2016, and this one for rotator cuff surgery. I am absolutely pleased in every way. I recommend Physical Therapy of Plano without any hesitation. They know what they are doing, are carefull about your pain, and bring you back to normal functionality.

I utilized Dry Needling. Carolyn was fantastic. She saw me almost immediately, even when when I arrived early. She explained in detail each procedure and worked to keep my discomfort to an acceptable level.

I had ACL reconstruction surgery in December, and 6 months later I am playing tennis at my pre-surgery level without a brace! I definitely credit Carolyn Sink as my physical therapist for how well my recovery went. She balanced me out and held me in check when I wanted to do more than what might have been advisable, and I greatly enjoyed our rapport. I'm very thankful I could stay at the facility for as long as needed to complete all my exercises. (Full disclosure regarding my recovery timeline: I made sure to do the exercises at home, and I bought some of the rehab equipment for that purpose. I also went to cryotherapy and saw a chiropractor regularly.) Everyone I interacted with at Physical Therapy of Plano was super friendly and personable. There's usually one tech working with each patient, but the physical therapists are always watching and listening and very much on top of what's going on at all times. I was particularly impressed with the number of bilingual staff members they employed who could talk to the patients who didn't speak English as their first language. Obviously I hope I don't have to endure another major surgery, but if I do, I will be coming back to Carolyn and PToP for my rehab!

I usually go to Richardson location, but matthew was out so i went to plano. I came out worst than i went in. I had a total hip replacemest and they first said to b on table sitting. I questioned that. Rich. Always lie me flat. They gave me a new exercise sitting in chair. I thought to strength thighs, instead i came out with knees hurting and lower back!!! Matthew and staff at richardson r so wonderful. Matthew is very observant of patients doing exercise right. Especially new ones... all the techs r wonderful!! Next day i was on ice all day. I am upset bc i leaned on pt to see im doing it right, now i have stepped backward on my progree bc of plano location. Made mistake on stsrs,,,NO STARS for plano, all stars forichdrdson
