100% perfect experience! I was referred to Results Physiotherapy by a client of mine who visits the Murfreesboro location. I was happy to see there is a Smyrna location and decided to give them a call about my wrist that's been giving me fits. I am a skin care therapist and work with my hands everyday, so having a bum wrist is no good! When I called, I spoke with Kelly. She was super helpful and informative, and didn't act the least bit annoyed when I called back with a couple other questions. In fact, she was able to get me in for a screening right away and even took the time to ask me (without my asking) if I knew how to get to the location. During my visit, I worked with Taylor - absolutely wonderful experience. She was so helpful and gave me some great guidance on "what to do" and what not to do until I see her next. She also answered all my questions, and is a great listener! I love that she actually wants to *listen* to the things you're telling her about what you have going on.. there was no rushing to get me out the door, and I felt so welcomed and like far more than just a number. I am excited to begin the road to recovery with my wrist - and will recommend Results Physiotherapy to all my friends, family, and clientele.

The full experience was AWESOME... From the moment I would arrive till when I left. The waiting area was wonderful, relaxing. Everyone was professional. You could see and hear the "TEAMWORK". My pain management position referred me to results physiotherapy. When I walked in I was suffering severe pain in my neck. Plus, I had not been able to sleep prone in my bed for a couple of years. After 2 sessions of dry needling and the excellent care I received from my therapists I am now able to sleep all night long in my bed with no pain upon Awakening. Thank you Taylor and Thomas for all the great care you provided me with. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who is in need of physical therapy.

Reps tend to be friendly but every now and again you run into a rude one that looks overworked. Most are very thorough in their “bedside manner” but Therr were at least 3 times (out of 8) where my needle stick was inserted incorrectly and it was very painful. Lastly I had a bad experience with them honoring special coupons that came via the email. The techs didn’t know how to handle it and lost out on additional money

I couldn't have been more pleased with everyone at Results Physiotherapy Smyrna, TN!!! Everyone from the front desk to especially the therapist were welcoming and encouraging. The therapist were extremely conscientious and adjusted readily to how I was feeling mentally, emotionally and physically each time I went. That definitely helped the "whole person" and I saw tremendous benefits from the treatments. I would recommend them 100%.

I absolutely love Results! I have never had a bad experience with any of the physical therapists or their assistants, and they are always willing to help and are genuinely concerned about your well-being. While I do not ever plan to be injured, they are my first place to go when I do suffer an injury. They have always been able to help me recover quickly and send me home with an exercise plan to continue my progress and keep my muscles strong and performing at their best! The staff at the desk are so helpful and are ready and willing to help if you have any questions or need assistance. They always have a smile on their face and are quick to answer the phone when you need to call in for any reason. I absolutely love Results and I recommend them to all of my friends and my family!

They are so friendly and awesome Jackie and her assistant are awesome I will go back if my back keeps acting up. I’m still doing my therapy at home. But have been working a lot of overtime. Best place I have ever been for therapy.
