I recently had the immense pleasure of being a patient of physical therapy at Results Physical Therapy in Germantown, TN. The facility is immaculate. It's a new space for them and it has a wonderful aroma of ''newness'' and cleanliness. It's not a huge facility, filled with noise and lacking of personalized care and attention. The level of therapy is customized to address and handle your most needed issues. When you finish with your therapy, you truly feel refreshed and extremely BETTER! All of the staff are wonderful! There's such a level of friendliness, compassion, concern, and teamwork, that is evident from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. It feels a bit like ''family''. Everyone is easy to talk to, laugh with, and so very helpful! I sincerely, and HIGHLY recommend Results Physiotherapy in Germantown, TN.

I truly appreciate the care Natalie, Carley and the other staff provided. They were very patient with me while appropriately guiding me through exercises. They never made me feel uncomfortable or pressured to do anything that would hurt beyond what I could handle. The environment is clean and calm. I plan on visiting soon to check in on these sweet people! Thank you for helping me through the rough patch after surgery! You all truly calmed my anxiety through the healing process.

This is a very friendly yet professional place, that took me to a place I thought I'd never see again, the place of no more knee pain. I truly was a none believer in physical therapy until after a few sections there and I started to feel the difference. For years I was a 3 to 4 times a week jogger until my knees just started to hurt when I ran. The pain eventually made me stop running altogether. Ex-rays showed no physical damage and the doctor suggested therapy, so I reluctantly tried it. That was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Now I'm back to my normal routine, thank to Natalie and the crew.

I went for postpartum PT for rectus diastasis and sciatica. I asked at the initial consultation if I would be able to bring my baby and I was told bringing her wouldn't be a problem. I then asked what if she cried while there; I was a brand new mother and was concerned about this. I was assured that wouldn't be a problem either; they said I could tend to her as needed. After bringing my daughter to about ten sessions the day finally came when she cried. I tended to her in the waiting area until my husband was able to come get her. My session was then cut short which is understandable except there was no patient after me. And I was told that if the crying became a regular problem I would get "talked to" about it. I was very disappointed at the way I was treated and embarrassed by what felt like being scolded. I never went back after that visit. It's hard enough being a new mother; there was no need to scold and embarrass me and make me feel guilty for having a newborn that cries.
