I received expert care. Therapist was respectful, courteous and let me know that anytime I needed her urgently she would make herself available even if it meant coming in early. Her entire demeanor communicated that she was there to help me return to my full capacity, and she did. She stopped anytime I was in pain unlike another therapy group in Gallatin. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

Wonderful place with wonderful staff. Trevor is fantastic at the front desk and really seems to enjoy his job. Nicole and Zach are wonderful and highly recommended. They are professional, curtious and just overall caring about the way you are feeling.

I used to like this PT center until corporate came in and got rid of employees. Now my therapist has to work with three patients at one time. I do not feel like I am getting the attention I was receiving before. I love my therapist but she is only able to do what she can with the new policies. I quit going to Star PT because they double booked my time . I guess it's time to find another facility!

I was very pleased with my therapy at Results in Gallatin. The staff was friendly, scheduling of appointments was easy, the quality of care was very good. I'd recommend this facility to friends. Both therapist I worked with were knowledgeable and very willing to answer my questions. Only negative.....not a very comfortable waiting room! Needs new chairs!

All of the staff at Results Physiotherapy in Gallatin are friendly and professional. Both of the therapists I worked with (Nicole H., Zach) were very sympathetic to the challenges and frustrations of recovery from an injury and were both very knowledgeable, friendly, encouraging and professional. This was my second time to be with them....first time was from a car wreck over a year ago.....they COMPLETELY eliminated my back, shoulder and neck pain ! This time I went back to them for knee replacement PT.....they were AWESOME !! They are extremely encouraging, and do their best to get you back to your best.......and they DID !! The service was superb, very personal and accommodated my transportation problems. My progress was recorded and each exercise planned to speed up my recovery. The staff is very professional and care about their clients. Matt and Brian were very encouraging and explained the exercises.
