Wish I would give a 5 stars, but their newly hire receptionist Alisha is not professional & rude. So I have to make it as 4 stars or even 3& half stars. That Alisha has such an arrogant attitude toward customers, Alisha has a negative magnetic field acting like big boss. (Kinda like dragon ball those bad guys) You can tell immediately about bad vibe. She said she also handles insurance & paperwork and told me she was an RN & knew the owner & dance with her too. Anyway doesn't matter, when you are on the frontline to pick up phone & sit in front desk , you better demonstrate at least decent customer handling skills, which she lacks. She is rude even on the phone when I have to call to cancel due to new injuries & Dr's order not to exercise. I said bye to her in person several times and she didn't even look. She nodded only. It's not the first time I try to test her. She isn't personable . I miss the previous receptionist Lacey. ( I told her before I would hunt her to work for me because Lacey is just so good, glad someone got her)
Anyway the good thing starts here:
This is so far the best therapy center I have been. Therapists are mostly PhD and my favorites are Amy & Kendra. I have multiple health issues and they are always knowledgeable to diagnose the issue & really help me get better!! I also like their other therapists too. All are very friendly and the owner is pretty sweet lady too. Amy specialized in women's health & seriously very knowledgeable !! Kendra is also super smart and both are excellent in designing great exercises for me so I can heal and I love them to death :)
