I was in excellent hands with Prairie Rehabilitation of Hartford, SD. This is the place you need to go when you need Physical Therapy (PT)... this is why. Dottie was Very Helpful with my insurance, she went out of her way to make positive confirmation on what my out of pocket expenses would be, before I started my PT. This was VERY Important to me because this was my 3rd facility I started with due to Extremely High Insurance Costs Per Session because the other two facilities were connected to a hospital. Prairie Rehabilitation is not connected to a hospital. Thank you Dottie! Physical Therapy was like starting over for the 3rd time...Depressing right, well Brett is one truly amazing PT. He started out with you are here now and I am going to help you get to where you need to be. Each time he Pushed, Encouraged, and kept me motivated to always keep me going forward. One over the top last example of this facility and Staff truly caring about the patients well being is... I used all my sessions that my insurance would pay for in the current year, and I had about 2 weeks before the new year was to start over. Brett did not want me to go backwards again. This facility allowed me to come in and use the facilities machines that were not being used by clients until my insurance gave me the go ahead to receive more PT sessions. Thank You Brett!! Prairie Rehabilitation truly cares about their Clients and helping them succeed!!

Very helpful and encouraging with rehab from knee replacement. Not always easy but necessary for a full recovery. Courtious and accommodating for sure.
