After almost 1 year, I thought it was my duty to inform potential customers of the dangers involved in PT. I learned the hard way. The therapists did not listen when I told them I was in pain. It seemed like the only thing on their mind was booking future appointments. After repeated times of telling my therapists that I was in pain or this was not working, I finally just said I had enough. Now almost a year later, after X-rays, MRI's, spinal injections, acupuncture and numerous other orthopedic appointments, I am still dealing with the exact issues as when I left this office. By the way, did I tell you, this was a voluntary thing. I did not have any issues, I was trying to correct my posture. Be careful and check references before just jumping into the ring.

They did a fantastic job. I have never had good experience with physical therapy, but these folks do things much differently than I’m used to. And they don’t try and do things just to keep you coming back. Because of my work location I bounced back between West Ashley and mt pleasant, and both offices were fantastic. Therapists are top notch, they know what they’re doing, and everyone is very polite and helpful. I recommend them -highly!!

From the time I walked in the front door everyone was very friendly and caring! The Location is on Sam Rittenburg, and Lauren was my Therapist , she was very through, and knew how to direct my treatment! I went for 2 1/2 month before my right knee replacement by Dr. Brodie McKoy. He did an excellent job! My recovery is going well! I am one week out from surgery. I dress my self. Using a walker getting my walking in each day. Thanks to all who has had a part in my recovery!

My Physical Therapist, Bob, was fantastic. He did a great job explaining the treatment plan and the whys along the way. Staff are all very well schooled in customer satisfaction techniques. Very friendly environment.

Would not recommend coming here unless you want to spend half your time waiting. Long wait in the lobby to be seen and once in therapy room you have to wait between exercises to be seen by therapist. As far as the exercises you can Google what you need to do and do them at home. You are going to be doing them alone in the therapy room anyway. As far as employees some are nice, but a few are just down right rude. There are way to many alternatives out there to put up with subpar treatment.

I suffered a bout of vertigo and fortunately was directed to Physiotherapy. after only a few sessions my symptoms were alleviated and I felt much better. The therapists there know what they’re doing and work with you in a very personal and professional manner. If I ever need PT again, I will go directly to Physiotherapy!
