Results Physiotherapy

The therapists at Results Physiotherapy are outstanding. Got me pain free in a concentrated amount of time. However, their accounts receivable and their president are both disappointing. Five months after my last session, I received a bill from Results. The bill arrived with no supporting paperwork-- just dates, charges and what I owed. Since they are out of network, I was told in the beginning that even though they are out of network, no bill per session would be more than $30. Well, this is not true. Among the various charges stood two bills for $70. Since I had no way of knowing, five months later, if the bill was even accurate, I wrote a letter to the President/ CEO of the company asking for an explanation and a reduction of the promised $30 per visit. I was ignored. Ignored? I didn't expect him to sit and write to me but isn't that what staff typically do? Guess not. Then I wrote to Accounts Receivable in Tn. Ignored. Yes, just another bill. Finally, I wrote to Results here in Mt. Pleasant. I asked for paperwork and a reduction on the bill. When I spoke with their accounts person I was told I could write to my insurance company if I wanted a copy of the paperwork. And, the promise of $30 payments was ignored.
What I was offered was a time payment if the bill was too much for me to pay. So....... deal with them knowing that the $30 promise is untrue; the president does not care; and according to Results, they actually have a year to bill you. Since I have very good insurance and they are out of network I suspect most will bill your insurance company but your out of pocket will be higher than expected. Be very careful.
