This facility was very friendly and a joy to have to go to for my recovery. The people that work there are always smiling and in good spirits. I was most surprised that EVERYONE even the people who weren’t my therapist, knew my name. For me that personalized my experience and made me feel welcomed and right at home. I’d definitely go back if needed and would also recommend Promotion Rehad for all of your rehabilitation needs.

She laid out a treatment plan and explained in detail what was needed to make my treatment the success that it is. The entire staff was friendly, accommodating and worked as a team. I have had lower back and leg pain for almost two years. I have been through two months of rehab (some where else), two cortisone injections, multile sessions of X-rays, an MRI, and I've been to two different doctors an Orthopedist and Spine Surgeon. None of these have been beneficial as to the cause of the pain. The only thing that has given me any kind of relief is the therapy sessions I've had with Nancy at the Florence location. Nancy, Andrew, and Patrice are the ABSOLUTE BEST IN THE BUSINESS!!!!!!!
